  1. Hi guys.. Congratulations with your successful K1 visa process!  Having my interview next week in Kiev too!))

And my concern is do they require I-134 to be notarized and with wet signature, or e-mailed copy is ok?

Read lots of posts here, and still haven't found any exact answer..

So dared to ask you, as you already have the unique experience in Kiev embassy.

    Thank yo alot for help!

    Regards, Viktoria

Well, I sent my I-134 via DHL (along with a lot of other documents) so it was a "wet" signature but I don't think it really matters.

Having the proof of relationship was what was really important I think. We were very stressed but as it turned out it was the easiest part of this whole process. Her interview went very smoothly. You'll be fine.)))

Thank you for your answer! My visa is issued - waiting for it to arrive! Really the interview was the most pleasant part of the process!))) So we had the I-134 with wet signature and it is not needed to be notarized for the Kiev consulate))) Good luck to you!
