Thank you , and where did you get them translated ? Does it have to be through the embassy or I can ask any translator ? also so they dodn't ask for the " apostilla " i.e legalized ?

Thank you all for your help... we at the end contacted a lawyer and my fiancee had to write a letter and get it legalized saying that we are still willing to marry. So now can restart from where we left the application !!

I would need some help for the Italian Police certificate , I live in Uk so i will be attending the interview at the London Embassy. Do i need the certificate to be translated and legalized ?

Thank you all for your replies, we received the NOA2 in March and he did send a letter to cancel the application. Can we marry and do a spousal visa ? Do i get married in USA or has to be in my country ?

Hello everybody,

Last semptember  we started the K1 application and I received the Noa2, however we then decided to withdraw the application as we broke up ( He got cold feet !! ) . Now we are back together and we want to restart the application, do we need to redo all the application or can i ask to get my NOA 2 again vaild ?

How do you see the report with all the cases approved ?

If I don't get approved today I will again next week as I was told by them that it would be approved before 02nd Feb!!!

Meee ... I had Noa 1 10 October we received a RFE for some missing signature. We sent it back immediately howeve looks like it got lost as then after few weeks my bf sent a copy ( luckily he took a copy ) and after few days they received it ( 03 rd December ) .

I called two weeks ago asking what is happing and they said it would be approved not later than 02 nd Feb (today !!)) .

Im loosing hope when we forts applied I  thought by now I was already nearly there , before I was doing a lot of planning now I'm scared of planning anything!

My Noa 1 was on 10/10/2016 we then received a rfe just for a missing signature . The rfe was sent immediately but only received from them on 03/12. I called them two weeks ago and they said that it would be approved not later than 02/02/17 that is today. I don't understand why it's taking so long. Anybody else with the same issue ?

i have been waiting since September ... File was sent on 17/09/16 , Noa 1 29 Sep , RFE 01/11/16. We just missed one signature we sent it back immediately but they only received it on 03/12/2016. 

I called last week and they said it should be approved by 02 nod Feb! I lost hope !

We send out application on 12 th September and received our NoA 1 last week was dated 29th September ( CSC). I have downloaded the app of Uscis however I can't see similar cases timelines ....how do I do it ? Also on the letter says country of birth unknown ...is this normal or should in worry that they are missing something ?
