I just wanted to check that I'm correct. Because after the officer at the embassy told me I was successful I wasn't listening very well!
My interview was on Thursday. The same day my case changed to issued on ceac.
How can I get my tracking number for my passport and visa packet? Will they contact me?
Thanks.

I was worried about nothing! Visa approved.

Hi thanks for your replies. I've calmed down a bit. ive included my middle name on the ds-260 as there was a prompt. It was the form I've filled out on the ais website where I've forgotten to include it. My first and last name is there correctly just my middle name missing. I really hope it's not an issue. I'm not going to cancel it. Just cross my fingers and hope for the best.
Thanks again!

Hi,
My interview is tomorrow. I've just been checking through my docs one more time and I logged on to ais.usvisa-info.com to print my courier confirmation. I've noticed a mistake and I'm stressing out a bit. On the ais form I've not included my middle name where it says 'given names' even though middle name is listed on my passport and my DS-260. I know it says on the ais instructions to enter your given names as it 'appears on your passport' but I didn't. I've read the big warning at the top of the page which reads any discrepancies between the DS-260, your passport and this form may result in delays and it's making me panic. The only way to change the form is to cancel the interview and schedule another.
What should I do? Do you think it matters? If it does cause delays what time frame are we looking at?
Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi all,
I had my 3n/as on 28th October I called to confirm on the same day and I had case complete. I received the cc email on Friday 4th Nov. When should I expect the interview email? I called but I was told there is no timeline for this. My embassy is London.
Thanks.

I've just got the three n/as. I've called to confirm the case was completed today!
My second scan date was 12th September. I was put on supervisor review on Tuesday.

My scan date is also Spet 12 I called yesterday and got an answer that was so unhelpful after waiting a half hour. ( see above). Everyone seems to be getting better answers over the phone. Im scared to put it on supervisor review but if its possible it inly takes two days I can deal with that! Im getting anxious seeing that a lot of people with scn dates after ours were already approved.
Yeah. I've heard so much from the nvc when I call that isn't true. It's a different story depending on who you speak to. The lady on the phone said that she expected my case to be reviewed soon but also said it could take up to 6 weeks. It's seems like there's nothing you can do but wait!

My second scan date was 12th September (I'd sent the wrong part of my brith certificate). I called yesterday and I was told I should receive by the end of play. I didn't. Called back this morning and I've been put on supervisor review. My wife is getting in touch with her congressman to see what he can do.

Just spoken to someone at the nvc. Today marks my 6 week wait since the nvc recieved my documents for a rfe. I know there have been some long delays for other vjers. What is the likelihood that I will get my cc email today? Has this happened to anyone else?

My understanding was the you didn't need a new police certificate if you hadn't been back to the country. It might be worth writing a note to send in explaining this with your police cert.

Hi,
My RFE was scanned by the NVC on 14/09. I've been readying about the famous 3 n/a that usually indicates the case has been completed. Where would you normally see those?
Thanks.

My documents were received by the NVC on 14th September and I am currently waiting for my interview date at the Embassy in London. The passport requirement for London is that you have 8 months left until the expiry date. For me that means I have to have my interview before 8th November (as my passport expires 8th July 2017). Can I renew my passport and still progress with the application? This will mean my new passport number doesn't match up with my the passport numbers I have provided so far for my application.
Thanks in advance,
Oli

Hi,
I've been granted a visa, my flights are booked for the end of this month and I've paid the ELIS fee. I know there will be a delay for my physical green card but I understand I can work using my stamped visa in my passport. What do I do to get a social security number? Do I need to do anything else?
Thanks,
