I have filed for a I-30 for my wife, it's been close to four months now. I was hoping to change my address am not sure if this will affect the processing time, still waiting for NOA2 am a late February 2017 filer?

I sent it with the G1145, I guess I will wait and hope the check gets cashed. Will update the visa Status.

Unfortunately  I did not have tracking on this mail, I regret that after all the work I put in to compile these documents and evidence, However I have copies of everything I sent i.e the originals. I called USCIS already the officer told me to  send an email to support which I did and an auto reply stated someone will reach out within 15 days thats end of this month if nothing I will have to resend the package. Hopefully they cash the check.

Hi I filed for a CR1 for my spouse, on Jan 31st mailed the package. The cheque has not been cashed and no NOA1 received. Anyone go through this. Am thinking I may have to send another package, that's jst nerve raking.

What does the paper request for more evidence of communication or bonafide relationship. 

You're fiance has to know what they asked for or follow up with the embassy with an email as the petitioner and send a copy of the letter she has if there is no specific document requested. It may have gone into administrative processing, but this is better than a denial.

Thank for the reply, does this mean I have to schedule an appointment two weeks prior to me getting to Addis or Two weeks before the weeding am not clear abt that part.

Ask to speak to a supervisor to expedite, they may not get you to a supervisor, but will get to work on it. It shld be out shortly though.

If I was you after waiting all that time I would "consider" doing a CR1 again considering the lawyer will still not be thre to interview and thwy may just tell you to resubmit application.

Congrats you are most there, Call NVC get the case no. if you don't have it yet then email Addis embassy for instructions they will email you back, meanwhile you can pay for interview and schedule an appointment after paying on the same day in Addis bank,by going to this site ais.usvisa-info.com select register and you will be registering as immigrant visa,after that you can do the medical and you pretty much will determine the date of you're appointment coz u get to pick it you'reself. She was probably denies because of the family ties sister in law visiting another sister in law. If it was sister visitiing sister or brother it has more weight. Also pakistan consular is probably one of the hard places to get visitor visas.

I was denies a visa before, but I quickly figured what the reason was myself. I had no confidence the first time. You have to question the CO you can't just take everything they tell you and agree with it you have to challenge them not argue with them. In my country most women are denies visas because they are not married yet single American women travel all over the world every single day.

But if she does apply again she could be denies, regardless of the fact that a CO told her she would get a visa. If she can afford a vacation in USA she can afford a vacation in Australia or Europe if you show this visas of any of this first world countries you are getting a visa.

Hi I actually got approved with no pictures sent other than a birth certificate of my fiancee and boarding passes of our trips to meet. We met once.

I was waiting for an RFE but my process just left NVC today.

I had not known about this site when I submitted my paperwork. I wish I had front loaded but its all good, I will have those pics and rest of evidence at the interview.
