Yes , first I believe you have to sign a profile to the website, after words
this is the link : https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do
and later on you will select the most sufficient option to your case , you will fill your case number
A-number and all details need to be mentioned as to last action taken in your case , USCIS will contact you ! Best of luck!

Texas filer here , received notice by USCIS, fingerprints not required, will use previous fingerprints.
