you should check on USCIS website and see if they have really sent it to the NVC yet. If it has been sent, it will take the NVC up to 2 weeks from the date sent to receive your case. Then it will take them another 6 weeks to issue you a NVC case and an invoice for AOS fee. Well, pretty much the same thing happened to me. I was approved from the USCIS on the 24th August, and they didn't send my USCIS case to the NVC until the 27th September. When I called the NVC the week after the NOA was sent, they told me that it would take them up to 6 weeks to enter the USCIS case into their system, and after they have enter the case into the NVC system, it will take them 2 weeks to issue a NVC case number.

I believe there shouldn't affect anything, because you have a year to complete all information required to do from the NVC.

You should send the rest of the required documents, such as police certificate, Affidavit of Support form, birth certificate, etc to the NVC. About a week after you've sent them, you can call them and ask if they have received it or not.

The G325 and passport size photos are items that go along with the I-130. Don't worry, they won't misplace it. You just got to provide those information that are requested and they will process your I-130
