My wife is waiting for her adjustment of status.  Originally it said 8 months now it is 2 to 3 years last time I looked.   

 What about Advanced Parol?  If we file for it now we would need to pay right?  3 years is a long time for her not to see her family.  They recently denied her mom's tourist visa. She had planned to come visit after Christmas.  

Do you have to pay for your EAD renewal?

No change online, no email,  no text message.  I only received the notice in my mailbox.

Received Notice of approval of employment authorization today.  Says card will be mailed.

12/8 They received packet.

CEAC says "issued" as of 7-27

.  Interviewed Thursday... Didn't give her a yes or no.  Only Administrative processing....

I see everyone talking about calling the NVC everyday trying to get the case number. .. Is that something you have to do or is it just to track your case?

Was'nt me either.

They recieved  ours 12-27.  I received the hard copy NOA1 1-13-17

They received mine December 27th.  I got the hard copy January 13th.   Trump gets the blame because of the surge in petitions before his inauguration I believe.

My fiancee and I went to Mexico in September. She entered with her Mercosur passport. No problems

I have passport stamps. I have boarding passes from a trip we took from Buenos Aires to Cancun. Credit card statements showing I paid for both of us. I'm just worried about the lack of proof of previous conversation. It seems obvious to me that if I go see her every month or two.. that we are in a relationship. But, I don't make the decisions.

How important is proof of communication? We always communicate by form of whatsapp. Not knowing it would be necessary in the future for a k1 visa, we both have always deleted our conversations to free space on our phones. I was going to send the packet to begin the filings in Monday, but now this problem has arisen. I have traveled to Argentina 3 times since April to see her. Can I just start keeping the conversations now?

Also, if I don't have my boarding passes, are receipts or airline itenerarys sufficient?
