hey guys!
I'm here to share our experience through the interview we file back in 09/16/2019 case was assigned to Nebraska.
I'm the usc wife had conditional card that expired in October 2019. i know we file a little late.
Anyway we got there like 20 min prior the time on the notice, they do al the check in trough a kiosk at the entrance of the office then we went into the waiting room
10 min later the officer came we had a translator for my wife in person she was given a form to fill out and sign due to covid she couldn't be on the same room
with us but she did everything by phone now to the interview.
officer was really friendly and professional , he went trough the i 751 application with us asking basic question like legal names address ssn etc.
he the proceeded to ask personal questions
how we met?
when we met?
how did i propose?
how did we talk to each other?
what was the las movie we saw?
how many people attended or wedding ?
My wife answer most of them he asked if we had any more proof of our marriage to submit i said we had the same documents but they were recent like bank statements and tax transcript
he then told us he was going to recommend for approval and only needed his supervisor green light as well we were done in less than an hour.
the case changed to card being produced a few hours after interview.

If your husband it's your sponsor( affidavit of support ) , he needs to cover all your expenses while your still have a GC 5 years , or when you become a Us citizen,
-
I'll suggest you to go first to your SS office I won't take you long and then go ahead an do the passport because you have to send your naturalization certificate good luck and congratulations
-
Yes u have to let them know that u are a USC now, bring your naturalization certificate to the SS office they will request it as proof if you change your name you will get a new card with your new name on it

Well, I checked the mail today and no NOA2. It looks like (hopefully) it'll be May now. We're approaching 8 months for the 9/8 PD people. I can't believe it ......
I'm really sorry for your long wait even though most of September fillers have been approved like myself , keep calling uscis ask for a tier 2 and ask about your case you probably will hear the same as always but let me tell you before I was approved I was calling them every other day making any excuse to speak to a tier 2 at the end of March we were approved Pd Sept 14 at Nebraska center keep strong

I did the same process to get my wife ITIN, what you need to send is
2016 income tax paperwork with both signatures ( mine and hers )
Passport to proof the aplicant identity
And a letter asking the Irs to treat you both as a us resident for taxing purpose dated full name of the us citizen social security number address and signed , include you spouse info as well instead of SSN ad the passport number but be sure to signed all the documents I got her ITIN letter in 6 weeks

I was confused with my filling status, I discovered some research and read a couple of good guides you can get her ITIN number for me it took almost 1 month 2 weeks for the whole process it's not hard to do

In my case the officer only ask me 6 questions I got them all right, your only allow to fail 4 out of 10 so by the time the officer ask you 6 question let say u fail 2, the officer will keep asking you until you get 6 answer right up to 10 question , is not that hard, what works for my you can look in youtube for those 100 question and they will ask and then give you the answer I'll keep playing that video over an over until it was like memorizing a song lol

we are on the same boat i have been calling uscis costumer service more than twice a week, i even spoke with a tier 2 but they all stick to the same plan ( website dates ) the last tier 2 i spoke told me to wait at least two more months just to get to September i dont really know how they work there is people from later september getting approved at nebraska my PD SEP 14 , theres people that was tranfered from nebraska and they are already at NVC an yet here we are without any clue when this nightmare will end all i can say is stay STRONG!!!!!!
is hard to be away of your love ones

Im really happy for Y'all getting approved CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!, but at the same time im really disappointed we just cross the 6th month mark and nothing yet, and people that was transferred from Nebraska black hole are getting approved even with more recent PD dates this process is killing me , IDK what else to do.
-
175 days and counting, apparently at Nebraska service center that is not even the media of approvals the waiting is insane, and they get their money the very first day the application gets in and here we are just watching people from other services center getting approved before reaching 150 days , the worst nightmare i have been trough.
CONGRATULATION to all the lucky ones that have been approved

It depends on what app are u using but in most cases you see the changes first at the app and then on uscis web site, It is my own experience and since that last update nothing has change.
sit tight you are almost over
