Have you call the Malaysian embassy?

My daughter has her SSN after the EAD+AP card. The situation is different with K1 holder. 

Not sure which insurance u have but my husband manage to put my daughter in his insurance soon after we got married without have to wait for her SSN. 

Mine is 3 months after u filed the AOS + EAD + AP.

3 hours layover is quite rush. Happened to us last year and we missed the connecting flight at HKG to Dallas. (We used Malaysian Airlines too) 😄. Have to wait another 4 hours for then to find another connecting flight, which is to LA instead of Dallas. Also need to bear the consequences that the bags will not follow us due to the re route thingy. 😊

Anyway, best of luck on the interview. When is the medical?

Ask him to apply for tourist visa, B2 visa and he can come and visit u in US.

Are you sure it is the approval notice or just the NOA1 to inform you that they have received your documents?

So, u dont have to wait for the green card to get the license? NOA1 will do? Thats great. I wonder if Oklahoma can accept the same or not.  

What documents that u presented as proof of residency? Is it like tenancy agreement?

No i did not received such letter. I am here since July and I just paid for my AOS which i recently filed. The exact amount as mentioned by @KULtoATL

This is interesting. I never heard we need to pay anything like this. Even I am k1 holder and need not pay until I filed for AOS.

Just had my medical there last month.

Can't recall they did any breast check up. They have one very nice malay lady doctor there.

The court decree that i obtained only stated that i am the custodian for my daughter. There is no specific "sole custodian" mentioned in there.

That kinda make me a lil worried.

However, it also didnt mentioned that my ex get the joint custody. Only visitation right. He in fact never attended any trial.

Anyway, have seek clarification from other legal person and the sentence is define as i have full custody of my daughter. Yes. Now i feel relief.

Thanks for advise. But unfortunately the father is nowhere to be found. He never attended the court case until the court decided to give such order.

I am from Malaysia.

We have received an email from the embassy to schedule for an interview. We are also required to bring relevant documents. One of it is the court decree to show that I am the sole custody of my daughter.

We have the court decree indicates that I am the custodian of my daughter and my ex husband is given the right to visit without overnight.

Question is, would that be suffice enough for the embassy to accept?
