Hi! just to let you know that everybody is not interviewed when we talk about the ROC process. very few applications are set aside for interview if required. mine was Divorce waiver but i got my 10 years green card without interview. i hope you will get it too. good luck...

It is either 3 years as a permanent resident when married to a US Citizen
OR
5 years as a permanent resident.
You have a residency requirement you must meet as well.
