Yep, got letters of intent for both of us, sorry, that could have been clearer. I think his pay goes straight into to the bank so I don't know if he gets pay stubs, but thanks, I'll make sure. 

I wasn't sure of the same thing, so in my case I said we had first met online on X website and that in X date I came to meet him in person and that since then, we had seen each other 2 more times in my home country. It was just barely longer than the space available, so we attached a supplement page that had 3 lines in total. It really doesn't have to be long, since you'll have to provide evidence later on anyway. 
 
In your case I'd say something like "We met the first time more than two years ago in this way, blahblah and in the past two years I've gone to visit her on this dates, or she has come to visit me on this dates..."
