They just recieved my casr he said it will take 2weeks to get them the case number

Do we have to file II864 or I134 for affidavit of support?

Can someone tell me what do i need when my beneficiart will recieve packet 3 cuz my brother will support me.i will be doing afdidivqt of support my sister is saying they will ask for IRS transcript for tax forums.

I think NOA2 to NVC now is 3 to 4 weeks...

I have seen many people get NVC at 21 to 24 days mark..

After NVC, there are not much left to wait. Time will get shorter when we prepare docs for our loves..

I tried to get all docs ready, police report, birth cert, and other things, time goes quick

Hahh....well I guess now you gather the papers that you'll send your fiancé..affidavit of support, financial evidences , letter of intent and copy of noa2 when you receive it. Send everything to your fiancé, while waiting for the USCIS to send it to NVC and that NVC issue you a number. I'll recommend to call NVC after a week or so. My fiancé and I want to call after two weeks. Since we were approved last Friday.

Then once you have the case number from NVC, your fiance could now book medicals and interview. To have a better understanding and details, go to regional forum...you'll find good stuff in there !! Happy for you.

Probably a simple fix and once you give them what they need they should approve with NOA 2 within 7 to 14 days.

I SENT MINE ON 20TH NO APPROVAL YET..YHEY HAVE RECIEVED IT TOO

Called NVC yesterday still nothing! But at least this time I was told to call back Friday or Monday VS the 6 week talk. So fingers crossed!!!

To those of you still waiting for a NOLA2 and are upset about us talking about the NVC statuses. I am very sorry your cases are taking so long and I wish you were with us in the NVC stage. But we are still going to talk of how we feel the stage is taking long as the benefit of this forum is to SUPPORT each other and we do so by keeping each other updated with our cases in any of the stage. The forum is for any August 2016 I-129f filer and does not stop once the NOLA2 is received.

But once again I am truly sorry you have not heard anything about your NOLA2 yet and I hope you do very soon. Please keep us updated as you progress and we are all still here to listen to you vent about the NOLA2 taking so long which we all agree is taking a lot longer.

Any stage in this process can be stressful to one person and not to another. But this is a forum that is almost list a support group and we are hear for each other no matter the stage they are in!
