Yes and we filed it before but its been over an year when he submitted his medical

Hello everyone I filled i1864 for my fiance he is here we got married and after that i recieved rfe and i sent that back too. On june9 th they recieved it but nothing yet i am so terrified and I called uscis they said she has put a request and call her back in august.

So I did concurrent filing for I 131, I 485 and I 765 i sent the wrong fees 1,040 but bow i sent 1,225 as i talked to uscis customer service member. Is ot correct? Cuz i still didnt hear from them its been 15 days

I got it back on april 4 i got rejected ok incorrect fees.i did concurrent filing of i485,i765 and i131 now i sent 1,225 is that the correct fees still no response they recieved on april 14th

That's not unusual, really. It may take a month or so for the NOA1. If you don't get it after 30 days, it wouldn't hurt to give them a call and confirm that they didn't send you the NOA1 yet. Was your check/money order cashed yet?

I have sent check I dont know how to check that its cahsed out

Sometimes it can take 30 days.

My status was ready for two weeks and then another ready for a week more then ap for a fay then issued.got his visa today

Interesting administrative processing is not too bad. If it was administrative review than you should have worried. 

 

Yestarday we passed the interview and lady said we will pick up our passport 3 to 5 business day.
