Hi Sepi, I am in Ontario, CA. So, I think my field office is San Bernardino as well. I applied on Dec 26. My time also changed like yours.

Hi, I think you should book the ticket to visit your family. If you get the bio appointment for those days you can always change the appointment. They know people has their own lives and traveling abroad to visit our families is an understanding to everybody even USCIS.

Hello Everyone!
I received my NOA1 last friday but I was abroad and I just opened it today that I am back. It says notice day 10/23/18 and received it on 10/03/18. The weird thing is that I received 4 letters of the same notice. Does anyone receive more than one? is that normal?

Actually, I was an August filer but turning into an October filer because we accidentally swapped a page of the application that had my signature with a blank one 🙈, so after a month+ of waiting, we got the package returned to us with a rejection notice asking us to refile with the signature inside 😅. So we're resending our bonafides package this week! (it's quite a tome too; we've been married 2 years but we've been together for 17!).

Hello I had the same issue as you. I went to immigration and asked to change it but it cost 590 dlls. So, I didn't do it, but when I went to ask for my SSN because it was delayed it I asked to change my legal name with my marriage certificate and it was not a problem, with that I got my drivers license also. So, my GC has my maiden name and my SSN, drivers license, bank accounts have my husband last name. And I just asked for removing the conditions on my GC so, I dont know what is gonna happens but I didnt think about it until I read you. now, Im worried..

I would like to adjust the status for my mom, I am married and I am a stay home mom, my husband and me filled jointly taxes every year and I don't have any income.
Does my husband need to fill form I-864A. Or can I use his income as mine?
