Please encourage your husband to learn English, not only for his Drivers License, but for his everyday life.
At least, he should be able to read and understand the road signs for his and everyones ' safety.
My husband speaks English, but he can pass test in NY in his native language, and this is easier for him .

He can apply for an international license / I got mine at AAA auto club to go to Morocco / that allows him a little more time to take the needed written and road test
He can study the online book in Arabic but needs to take the test in either English or Spanish
and Cngratulations Dana on the new baby and the visa
and good luck now with your new life
Thank you Jeanne so much. You, as alway,s ready to help. Yes we have a schools here, and we are found few so he can learned in Arabic, online hard to find Arabic questions, but he will go to school. Thank you again

he could either learn English or petition the Democrats to add 43,389 different languages on traffic signs.
In NY we have a books in Arabic language, not only Arabic in 13 language. And I am asked for that books. But people don’t know what is going on and just typed something like he should to learn English.

Not sure about the amount, but I do know that they take a huge (tax) amount from money when it's transfered outside of Morocco.
Let your husband ask this at one of the banks, cause you might find yourself in a very unpleasant situation.
So maybe you know some another way?

Unless they gave your husband a direct number to someone in the consulate, they have very limited hours in which they answer the general phone lines. I've heard of people calling during the designated times and they still could not reach anyone. I would continue to email the consulate asking for updates, as email is generally the best way to contact them. They might call again, so make sure your husband has his phone on him at all times.
Thank you, yes I know they never respond in that hours too. I am called them after first the interview multiple times from USA, just waist money, and my husband as well. I hope they will call again.

Hi , my husband missed today 2 calls from General Consulate in Casablanca, we are waiting for the second interview after reaffirmation. If they will call again? I emailed them all ready, and we both try to call there , but can’t not reach the person only automatic system . What should we do?

This is happening now to all the cases in casa we have been working on
they case is reafirmed and goes directly to the embassy without the instructions from NVC to get the medical and police reports and documents to bring as NVC does not see it this time
this is the 3rd case saying same thing
they do the interview and are put in AP and then get a call a few weeks later to bring these to armex station and drop off telling them visa is approved just get these documents to the embassy
Yes, they like to make people to wait another months, after years of separation with their fault.

I think they ask you this documents because you was approved, and now they need to finish the process. Congratulation! Did they asked you to bring the new medical and police record before the interview?Did they requested some updated documents before the interview?

Aww that's too much time now we plan me my wife for her to come visit and u knw how expensive the ticket is 😓😠 do you think we need a lawyer we get lost wht can do ? Wish u hear good news soon
Since my case being returned I used to call them every month, but they told me that they cannot provide any information regarding my case before 180 days. After 180 days I am involved the congressman, senator, governor, major, ombudsman, but it was not speed the process at all. They made so many inquiries to the USCIS, but USCIS replied to wait until process will be done. Told your wife to do the same after 180 days, but nothing you can’t do before. When my petition was returned I was in shock,we were been together almost 6 years, no any age difference, no any marriage before , no kids, only now we were waiting for our first baby, the only one thing is different religion, but it is crazy to refuse visa only for this . So the best thing is relax and spend time together, collect evidence, and wait to hear something from USCIS.
-
Sorry I has to wrote each visit 2 month, so we were together 4 months this year. And you don’t need lawyer to spend thousands dollars for nothing, better tell her to come to spend this money for trips , to collect proofs that you been together, lawyer would not help, you know your relationship better than lawyer, he will only charge you crazy amounts all the time, but will not speed the process or help. I know people who paid up to 10000$ for lawyers, and they does not help at all.
-
i know, but told her to come to stay with you some times, they dont care that ticket are expensive , they just want you spend time together. I am visited my husband this year twice each times 2 visits. I am pregnant on the 9 month now, and i got letter from USCIS that they reaffirm with out NOIR because i am pregnant and was with my husband long time.Do you have any red flags? We dont have a age different, no married before

Good luck
August 2016. My husband visa was refused and sent back to USCIS. We where waiting almost 11 months for heard something from USCIS. You should to wait minimum 180 days from USCIS received your case to make inquiries, before 180 days they will not tell you nothing. This is long process. Good luck.
