Not sure if possible and might be a bit extreme, but maybe add him as an owner of your car?

Otherwise, photos should be a great secondary evidence. Maybe, family dinner, birthday, or trips. Personally, I also attached proof of purchase for gift we exchanged.

i do not own the car))) but pictures we have enough with his family, we where spent 4 months together since 2017. thank you

The Casablanca consulate generally requires that all documents are submitted with a certified English translation. I would get the original Arabic affidavits notarized, and then translated by a certified translator. Affidavits are considered secondary evidence, so I would place more priority on providing receipts, boarding passes and photos from recent visits (they like to see a lot of time spent in person together).

And the affidavits from family members is also very important, to show that my husbands parents accept our marriage , and my parents too. Pictures, tickets. receipts from hotels  i have enough because we were spent together 4 months in 2017, we where traveled around of the country, have so much hotel receipts. And i am pregnant now, 31 weeks, also i have pregnancy proofs.Thank you for the respond.

I would suggest having your husband's family do the letter in one of the languages that could be notarized (or find a new notary). Then, provide a certified English translation. Do you have life insurance and/or health insurance? You could add him to that maybe.

Thank you for the respond too. I has before life insurance on my previous job, and hi was only one  the beneficiary , but i am not working there anymore, so it is not active anymore. And also i have a Medicaide , i received it because currently pregnant , so i cant add him there

  4. Hello VJ members! I have recently posted that my husbands cr-1 visa was refused in Casablanca embassy and sent back to USCIS for the review on December 2016. Since that time I am not heard nothing regarding the case, I made so many phone inquiries, I am involved the congressman, senator, ombudsman. Few days ago I received the update that the review was complete on October 13, and asigned for the officer on October 16, and that I should to receive some decision within 60 days. All this year I collected the evidences , I visited husband twice on 2017, I kept on receipts from hotels, air plane tickets, boarding passes, also I add him like authorized user on my credit cards, and he add me to his bank account in Morocco. We have what’s up chats daily conversation, and his chats with my sister.I have money gram receipts, also I am going to prepare the sworn affidavits from my family members and friends , and his as well. From his parents and family members we going to type on Arabic and translate to English , in some Moroccan notarized translator. My  husband would like to do  affidavits also , but we not sure what language it is has to be?If he will do it on English, he can’t notarized that letter because Moroccan notary requires only Arabic or French language to be notarized, they do not accept English letters. Will the USCIS will accept that letter only typed and signed, not notarized? Or better to do on Arabic and than translate to English? But I am think  maybe they will say that my husband do not speaks English? I am confused what to do . Can someone share the experience with this in Casablanca Embassy? And also maybe some advice what should I prepare more? Thank you very much.

  6. Hello everyone. USCIS received my returned I-130 on December 19, and I am currently waiting for them response . On March I will go to Morocco to visit my husband for 2 months and will stay until May . And I am preparating here all evidence that i have , in case if the notice will come here for that time, so my sister will able to send the package to USCIS. I am trying get our Skype conversation, but since we met on 2012 I am changed the computer, so on my new computer I able to see only history fir the last 6 month. Am I opened my old computer and saw conversations from 2013, and I was happy, but when I am printed out few pages I saw that all the conversations is dessapired from 2013 to 2016 and it is showing only from middle of 2016 to now. And my husband computer is the same thing. If anyone know how to restore all that conversation? Thank you very much.

  7. Thank you very much for the explanation. I hope is takes not so long time. I will call them every week. And I was sending to them package with letters from me and my family and friends, and so many evidence of the relationship. They never requested but I decided to do it . I hope they will attach this to my file. On the interview co rejected to accept affidavits from my family and friends so I sensdet this to USCIS. I hope it helps.

  8. Jenny and Awal , thank you for the response. I am contacted my congressman, they email to the embassy regarding my case, but got the same response like me, that case go back for review. And the congressman representative told me to wait, that is all. I want to go to visit my husband, and I don't know how long it is take for people to receive NOIR/ NOID , from time USCIS received my case. And I am worry that I will be in Morocco in that time .

  9. Hello. Marry Christmas to all! Thank you very much everyone for the help! I wants to ask people to share them experience with the same situation like mine. Like I previously posted my I-130 petition was go back for the USCIS for the further review. On December 19 USCIS received my case.So what is next step? And how long it will take. My husband interview was in Casablanca, he answered all questions, the interview goes well . On the end of the interview the co have to him 221g form stated what case undergoing nesessary administrative procenning and they will let him know when process will be done . On October 20 I got respond for 1 of the my multiple email inquiries to embassy, that case was returned to USCIS for the review. The embassy never get back to my husband. They never issued to him 221g refusal sheet , and they never told him that case go back . Please can anyone help me with advice what should I do now? Thank you very much and happy Holidays

  10. Yes I was sending a lot of proofs with the petition, and yes my husband told the co that I am waiting to him out side, and my husband called to embassy too, every day and exactly in this one hour that you told me, but even in this one hour (small window when they answers the phone ) nobody answering, only automatic system, pres 1 pres 2 ..... and that's is all, and it is costs 3$ per minute.

  11. Thank you very much. Casablanca is very hard embassy it is true. They don't let me to cone inside in embassy, they never picked up the phone , I am spend so much money to call there from USA, they never answered to emails, they never notified beneficiarie that him visa was refused. It is unbelievable! They never called my husband!!! This is big difference between countries, because I never herd what cr-1 was denied and with tons of proofs which my husband has on interview and consul refused to accepted. , she never look to my income tax , pay stubs , nothing, she just told my husband what she has enough of proofs. It is crazy . Any embassy don't doing this . It is abuse of power. And now I have to wait 2 years because someone has bad mood in this day, and refuse my husband visa, after 4,5 year so waiting to be together. I understand what I should to wait for the NOIR/NOID but I am asking people , who has the same experience like me in Casa, because this is the worst embassy which I ever heard. I was waiting 2 hours out side after the interview and crying, but they don't care, they don't wanted even talk to me. Me and my husband the same age, he is even older for 1 year, where and never were married before, any kids any criminal records , so what's wrong , what they want . I am sure that in another embassy our visa will be approved with out any doubts.
