Still stuck at "Case Was Received" PD August 9.

Why is Igor's VJ processing timeline going backwards? I've noticed yesterday it said August 2 and and now it went back to July 28. ??? 
 
And why haven't USCIS updated their processing times?! It still shows up data from ancient time November 30!!! ???

What really sucks is the USCIS is not updating the " Processing Cases As Of Date" on their website. It has been saying July 2 since November!

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.  
Visajourney prediction may as well be the whole month of MARCH .....not happy. Time to go and do something else ....... will return again once I have an update. Good luck all, have a drink on me ;-)

Mine is March ..... as end of Aug .... all I can say is hang in there.

Yes, if your receipt number starts with "LIN" it means your petition was routed to Lincoln, Nebraska Service Center (from Phoenix, AZ Lockbox location). ?

Does anyone know if they have started working on any IR-1/ CR-1 from August 2016. My NOA is August 4th and it hasn't been updated since August 10th.

August 8, 2016: I-130 sent via USPS to Phoenix, AZ lockbox.
August 9, 2016: USPS delivered I-130 to Phoenix, AZ lockbox.
August 12, 2016: received I-130 acceptance confirmation email and text saying routed to Nebraska Service Center along with the receipt number.
August 17, 2016: receipt number finally recognized in the website (case status check says received).
August 19, 2016: got I-797 NOA1 (hardcopy) in the mail.
Priority Date: August 9, 2016 Nebraska Service Center

I hope they will update the current processing times in the USCIS website (since it's 30th today). It will shed some light on where exactly they are with the processing... or whatever they are up to these days... ?
My PD date is August 9. I know I have a long wait to go, but not hearing a lot of happy news from Nebraska filers (petitioners with priority dates way way way ahead of me) is making this whole thing difficult/sad/breaking-my-heart... ?
How do you guys manage to wait this long with no updates after the same "case was received" status? ☹️
