    Had my interview.....was requested to do DNA. Does anyone know how long does this entire process takes?

    I need recent and updated information.

    Did medical today. Process was lengthy but happy that hurdle is over. Reached there approx 8 AM and finished approx 2:00

    Good day Vjers. I need you guys to help me with a question that i have here. I have been with my other half for over five years now. After i migrate i am planning to come back to my country and get married to him. My question is how long after i am in the country can I file a petition for my spouse? Do I have to have certain criteria and working a certain amount of money to do so? Thank u for your quick response to my query.

      You have to be making a certain amount of money or get a co-sponsor. Look up USCIS proverty guidelines to see how much.

    I called NVC and my case has not been reviewed. They said they are going to hand it over to supervisor. How long will supervisor take to review my case? Has anyone here had their case given to supervisor?
