Dears , I'm on NVC Step i Paid the First invoice and now my wife telling me that she can't do the affidavit of support for me although her income is enough

but she is saying she is big responsibility and she scared about it , is there any solution please ?

I Called NVC yesterday and told me it take up to 6 weeks to get case number 

..

Alhamdulelah..approved today got notif from the new website that they took an actin to my case  i also updated my timeline

So what is the next step guys

I'm On USCIS APP PD is 25 OCT 

On the new Webiste PD OCT 27 

But nothing yet....

i saw someone now on Potomac got approved OCT 10 .....I'm super excited and nervous

Hello , i got k1 visa before and i had to go back to Egypt before getting married for emergency reason and the USCIS told us to do the whole process again 
So we did all the process again but at the interview the Co didn't believe that we are gonna get married this time don't know why?
And give me a paper of 203 with revoke 
And sent our case back to USCIS for review 
And they received it on march and nothing till now although the USCIS who told us to do all the process again ??
What can we do ?? 
How can i talk csr or get in touch with USCIS??

Is there any hope to approve it again?

I doubt that they will grant you a second interview but he did the right thing in requesting one.

Though it says AP on your ceac status it does not mean anything.

It will say AP even if they are sending the petition back.

If returned you will have to start over a third time, I suggest marry and do a CR1 instead of another K1.

Hello everyone i got the k1 visa before

But after a month i get back to Egypt before we get married for emergency situation

They refused to make a re entry for me to go back and they told us to do the whole process again and we did but the CO didn't believe me that this time we are gonna get marry and revoked the visa my interview view was December 14 , but he gave me a white paper 203 G with revoked and told me your case will return to USCIS..so my fiancé sent them some mails and asked for another interview and she will attend it with me also she faxed he senator..yesterday I checked the ceac case tracker there was an update with case Status ready I sent them an email today and they replied with ....,,

I got my k1 visa before and I entered the US and stayed there for a month before getting married we were waiting for the SSN after a month since I entered the US i had to go back for family emergency.i mailed the embassy and USCIS for a rentry cause my visa still valid

But they said we had to start the hole process again

When i got to the interview for the second time

The CO give me white paper 203 G with revoked

Cause he said that he don't believe me that i intent to marry her although we waiting for the ssn to get married

So what the best Solution for that

Is there any good solution for that

Can we make another interview date any my fiancé is gonna attend it

Is that the k3 visa better or CR1 ??

Can someone tell me what is going on August 1st to 8th?? Looks like USCIS miss all petition since last week.. I checked all cases around me they got approved or RFE since Sept 1st to 26..Then all sudden they stop approve or RFE...

I am running out of patience Seen other mid August filer got approved, I am happy for them...
