140 days is about 4 months and 3 weeks. No need for police certificate from the UK.

I think the fact everyone is receiving it at once means that shipments out to Service Centers (or atleast the California Service Center) occur once a week. If this hasn't been noted previously, it might be worth pointing out to those considering shipping it via Express vs Normal Mail.
