I would suggest filling out another AR11 until you got confirmation email in your hands. I also suggest paying small fee to usps and extend your mail forwarding for a year if the case doesn't finalize during 1 year mail forwarding time. Uscis is really bad at address changing, so be careful.

I just found an old email on June 6th with title: Address Change Request Confirmation. Address change request successfully submitted:
    Updated Address To:

    Expect a reply by:June 20, 2021

Is this all I need or had to receive that reply later?

You're supposed to write down the confirmation number of AR-11. Paper copy will not be mailed out to you.

If your spouse changed his address as well as your USC sponsor (I-865, hard copy mailed in), they'd send the paper copy confirming it to your spouse.

Thanks! I saved confirmation number of AR-11, it just said "Success! Address change request submitted". And it said to expect a reply by June 20, 2021. I was filing for I-751.

    Yes for I-751 too. Thanks

Hi again! The affidavit from friends, do we submit the original?

Actually in official I-751 instructions it says Originals. Document is here: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-751instr.pdf

"Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship. (Such persons may be required to testify before an immigration officer as to the information contained in the affidavit.) The original affidavit must be submitted and also contain the following information regarding the person making the affidavit: his or her full name and address; date and place of birth; relationship to you or your spouse, if any; and full information and complete details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge. Affidavits must be supported by other types of evidence listed above."

  4. Hello all! What should I do if I got 2 Affidavits with the wrong address on top left corner for Dallas TX instead of Arizona? I prepared them earlier in August so I put TX address on those Affidavits..Should I put a sticky note next to it with the Arizona address or nothing and just send them in with all other documents with the correct address? I don't want to ask my MIL and brother in law to go to a bank again and get new ones notarized-they already had to take time off from work to do it for me...😣

  5. Hello! I wanted to ask you to look at our evidence of our marriage for I-751 and see if it looks good. We can send in starting from beginning of August but might send in a little later if package not ready yet. We live with my husband’s mom together and house is in her name and we pay money to her every month for utilities and other expenses (money coming from our joint checking account). We also don’t have children yet but will want in near future after buy house together (saving up for house down-payment now). Will this all look good, is enough and shouldn’t get RFE or not? Thanks!

Should I add that we are saving up for house down-payment and will want children in near future or not? And should I add proof that we are sending money for utilities and other expenses to husband's mom directly every month because she owns the house and we pay her or not necessary?

    2.     Joint checking account with transaction history from the date we made the account together (about 6 months ago made that together, didn’t have a need to do that earlier)

    3.     Joint credit card statements and printed copies to show the same credit card numbers (have had the same account credit cards with both of our names for maybe around 2.5 years)

Also proof of previous health insurance from wife’s previous employer (December 2017-September 2018), other months we didn’t have and didn’t need health insurance and paid cash for doctor visits.

    6.     Affidavits (Notarized in bank) from mother-in-law with whom we live together and brother-in-law where mother-in-law explains how the house we all live in is in her name and we pay money to her every month and that we are very close, she met the Alien wife’s parents and other relatives at the wedding and how her and the daughter-in-law have become very close…And brother-in-law tells in his affidavit how sees us often when we celebrate Birthdays together and how he was in our wedding and we seem happily married.

    7.     Florida Driver License copies from both of us showing same home address

    8.     Health savings investment accounts for me and my husband that show that we set each other up as beneficiary (from December of 2019 till now). We will include proof that there is activity on the account-investments being made regularly.

    9.     ROTH IRA investment accounts for me and my husband that show that we set each other up as beneficiary (from December of 2019 till now). We will include proof that there is activity on the account-investments being made regularly.

    10.  401K from wife’s previous Employer showing husband as 100% Beneficiary (it is 1 page that shows that information and that job was only for around a year but still proof).

    11.  Car title copy with both of our names, previous car title copies (2017-2020 several cars have had)

    12.  Auto Insurance Policy copy with both of our names, previous auto insurance copies (3 years together). We will include proof that insurance was paid quarterly.

    ·       Family trip to Virginia at the end of July 2020-Amtrak train ticket receipts, Airbnb receipts, luggage storage receipt, will be photos of family and relatives together

    18.  Facebook screenshots with photos, posts of me and my husband in different places in Florida and other states with date, place and likes from other people (2017-2020 now)

    19.  Receipt from “Sleep number” for buying a king size bed and pillow with both of our names together on the bill.

Thank you, I appreciate this community support very much ❤️❤️!

  6. Hello! What is the direct filing address for Florida now for USPS? On USCIS website it says that "Texas Service Center Moving to New Address on June 26"  .

Should I send my I-751 package at the beginning of August to that new address (Texas Service Center 6046 N Belt Line Rd. Irving, TX 75038-0001) or the Dallas address that is in I-751 Instructions on USCIS website? (USCIS P.O. Box 660480 Dallas, TX 75266). I also can't find the specific address info for USPS...

    Thanks

  7. Hi! I wanted to request IRS Tax returns by mail but right now they are not sending them by mail so I downloaded online but because of security measures they are not writing full name and address on the tax returns..Will USCIS accept those transcripts or should I combine them with Turbo Tax full tax documents or try to call IRS and see if they can mail me the transcripts (not sure if they would do it tho) so there would be our names and address at least on the envelope? Thanks!

  8. Just wanted to express my joy that my AOS got approved, the Green card and will get a notice in mail soon and the card soon too probably :) Thank you all for the great support ♥️ in this forum, all answered questions so far...Happy that there will be peace now for like 3 years? I haven't even looked much into it yet but is it 3 years I have to be a green card holder and then I can apply for citizenship? I guess will have to renew the Green card first after 2 years...

Did you file for EAD extension? Applying before expiration gives you the automatic 180 day extension to continue working.

I applied before expiration and once they received documents they invited me to come for green card interview, I went and they want new medical and additional proof about us living together but my EAD card and driver's license now expired... 😕 So I wonder if I can still work and drive for 180 days and just show papers that my AOS is pending if police pull me over or should I use Uber better to not get in trouble. My employer allows me to continue to work but I need to drive to work....I hope I will get green card soon after send in additional proof.

  10. Hi! I had my Green card interview, have to send in additional proof, will send in soon but my EAD card and driver's license expired..Looks like my employer is smart and knows the USCIS rules that I can continue to work still those 180 days...What about my driver's license? I might get the green card maybe, hopefully by the end of October if they approve the new proof (the local city office), but if they take it longer....Do I have a chance to get a new driver's license with the papers that I am waiting on AOS approval or they will want only green card as a proof? Is it ok to keep driving for a little with expired driver's license or if police stop me I would be in big trouble or there is a grace period and penalties wouldn't be bad also for AOS pending immigrants? I think my spouse can take me around also and I can use Uber, maybe I should not risk driving around...?

gather as much as you can. your car insurance company can provide something that shows when you were added if you dot have it.

you can also get affidavits from people who know you are married and know you well. They dont carry a whole lot of weight but added with other stuff, since you dont have much, i probably would. and photos of the wedding and things youve done together after the wedding, family events, etc

Thank you, that sounds good! :)

knowing what you showed them would be useful.

wills, power of attorneys, joint health insurance, car insurance, life insurance beneficiary, bank account beneficiary, joint bank and credit accounts, joint store club (like sams or bjs) account, etc

Thank you! Will try to get more of that proof! I showed bank cards with both of our names and the same account, officer said to make a copy of them and send it. Also car insurance-officer wanted to see when the account was opened or when I was added to account-I will try to find that and send it. I showed that I added my husband to my health insurance. I showed that we have a title of car-we both own a car together. She said it is good but would be better to have more (I guess because we dont own house together or lease and dont have names on bills).

  13. So today finally was my interview for AOS-to get green card. All was good except that I need new medical examination. The officer said that it is because my medical exam expired more than a year ago. She said I don't need new vaccines-only new I-693 with blood pressure, gonnorhea test (it is new test) and a Civil Surgeon doctor 👩‍⚕️ just told me that from October there will be needed a new tuberculosis test with blood test, so I will do that too to be sure. Sounds it all will be about $255 together and maybe I can go to hospital to do something of that cheaper with my insurance.  I also need to submit additional proof of that we live together because we live with my spouse's parents so we don't have bills in our name or house or lease. What do you recommend to send? We already showed several things but the officer asked for more. Thanks.

  14. Keep calling and trying to resolve this issue, there should be a way. Do you have the paper that says your EAD card has been approved in America? Maybe you can get that paper and use that as a proof that you have that card to be able to be boarded on the plane? But call also USCIS and ask about interview resheduling and sending you a new EAD card....I think the most important is to either make it to the green card interview or be able to reschedule it, otherwise your case could be denied?

I called USCIS yesterday and the guy on the phone he say I don't have a answer for that question mam :? I was like who has answers really? I have been reading older posts and all people say Chicago...Do you have the first document for EAD, the cover page? It should say where you sent the first time... Usually everybody sends to Chicago...Mine also says MSC but I sent to Chicago first time, so I will say Chicago in Question 15...
