I have sent AOS package for wife on 04/21/2020. It was received on 04/22/2020 shown by FedEx courier signature. I did not used the form for text notifications which i regret now. The payment has not been withdrawn from the bank and no receipt number has been received. Is it normal  for USCIS that much time not to withdrawn money for more than 2 weeks or can i expect a rejection of the packet? I think it is taking too much time. Please advise.

Thank You so much for your kind response. Do i need some additional documents or other forms? Online application rejects my eligibility when i answers that  I am no loger married to US citizen for more than 3 years. Second question is that i am US resident for 5 years. Both of my answers are no and hence it does not let me move forward.

Hello Everyone I am new here. this is my First Post. My Green card is recently approved under Divorced with Abuse/Cruelty. My marriage duration was 1.5 years and my I-751 took 2 years. so i am here is USA for 4 Years but since my I-751 approved under abuse/Cruelty i think i can apply after 3 year rule. I want advise that what form i should file and what documents i should include with the form. Your help is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
