I just got through to the NVC via phone call (approx 20mins on hold, at 11:43EST) and my case has not yet reached the NVC.

my NOA2 approval date was 9/15

I will call back on Friday if I do not receive my NVC letter by then.

We were approved on the 14th. Still haven't reached the NVC either. I also decided I will call this Friday and see. Hopefully we will get NVC numbers by then

Anyone hear from NVC yet? How do we call in to get that info and when should we call in?

We only had one intent to Marry with both our names and signatures on it. I also forgot to put my social security number on the Petition. So, those two things I figured one would send us into RFE.

We got approved today!!! Aug 3rd NOA1. NO RFEs! There was a couple of things we worried about, but all is good! Good luck for all the rest of the August filers!!

It looks like your relationship went really quick... if you only met in November... and then applied a month after meeting for the first time. That seems super quick. They may just need to look into it further and such.

No, we didn't rush at all. We both looked over it. I don't know how we each didn't see it. Oi.

Looks like I will be getting an RFE. We seemed to not see where it asked for my social security number. BOOOO!!!! I notice NOW. Ugh!

I'll be seeing him in two weeks as he is deployed in S. Cali for the time being with the Royal Air Force. He's got a few months before he's out of military for good.

I am super worried. My Fiance was out here when we put the packet together. We filled out ONE statement of intent to Marry. We reworded it using "we" and what not. We both signed it. Is this ok? Or are we doomed forcan RFE?

Sent mine on July 22nd, it took FOREVER to get there. Almost 10 days. We now have an NOA1 date as of August 3rd Now the REAL waiting begins! Praying for NO RFEs!
