  1. I'd like you to quote where this is..

If you're referring to the Declaration of Independence then I believe you are wrong. It states that when a government no longer serves in the best interest of the people then said people have the right to dissolve all bonds with said government, not overthrown it. That is in fact what was accomplished with the Revolution.

I'm think that the actual quote involves watering trees with blood. I'm not sure if it's a founder's statement but I do remember it from a Michael Bay movie.

  2. I was just very frustrated, and nicotine-deprived, so a jackhammer ravaging was the most offensive thing I could think to say at the moment .

  3. When you are able to call AT&T:

Thanks Steven... I tryed *57 and #69 and iphone didn't get it. It's unbelievable how easy it is to disguise a number, yet how difficult it is to block a disguised number.

I've been at peace for the past 20 minutes... So I guess if she calls again, I'll have to call the bacon.

  4. No you weren't. :P iBlacklist is the only app that I've heard that will do the job, I hope Matt lets us know if it works for him.

I searched for "iBlacklist" on the app store, to no avail.

And I'm reluctant to send my CC info to Brazil...

  5. Based on a somewhat similar experience, I was advised by T-Mobile that call blocking is not an option, unless sponsored by Law Enforcement. In other words, it can be done with a hassle factor.

That sucks. There should be an option to block "private numbers". If the caller didn't say my first and last name, then I wouldn't be so upset.

Cat, I have no idea (and no desire to know) who's calling, but apparently she knows me...

I just want the calls to stop...

  6. I've been the joyous recipient of a bombardment of calls from a young woman whom I don't know, but apparently she knows me (by first and last name).

The caller ID on my iPhone says "blocked".

The woman keeps saying she misses "F---ing Me" and I told her that she could go F--- a hydraulic jackhammer and die.

I just quit smoking, and am a very pissed off person, and AT&T customer service is closed. So FML.

Other than turning my phone off, or calling the boys in blue, what options do I have to stop the calls?

Anyone know of any option to permanetely block private/blocked numbers? I can get an app to pick a booger from a nose, but apparently I can't get an app that blocks stalker scum. It's BS.

  7. Petraeus is not talking about the many problems that face the Middle East in general, or the history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He is concerned with specific U.S. military objectives and American interests in the region, and what he says is hampering, even endangering his mission.

    +1

Most red and blue politicians are bilateral in their support for Israel, as they say Israeli security is American security. Of course, exactly how FMF--i.e US weapons used by Israelis on their enemies--increases "American security" is unclear.

Surely, it helps Israel, but how does it help America?
