Not a Colts or Pats fan, but the Patriots had the refs on their side tonight: 2 big calls were missed, defensive PI and a leg whip. Both no calls resulted in punts, and both occured while the Colts were within one TD (I believe).

Don't say this after sex:

We had a lot of fun. I hope you're not going to be stranger. Drop in and say hi. I hope all is well with you and I wish you the best with your studies. Good to hear from you. I've got to call it a night. Take care.
I'll be back... /schwarzenegger

Booyah got banned a couple of years ago. Marc still pops in once in a while to cause trouble, but things are nowhere near as crazy as they were back then.
Guess the mods finally got a handle on all you troublemakers. RIP the good 'ol days.

I'm still hanging on by a thread or two.
I don't remember where you were/are. I thought you were overseas somewhere the last time you posted. That has to be 2 years ago or so?
There are still a few of us old timers around. Some have changed their names so you probably would remember some of them.
Glad to hear. Sh!t, the last time I was a regular on here was back in 2008-2009 I think.

Recently I was asking if anyone had heard from you and lo and behold, he appears! It's been a long time. How have you been?
Ahh, spooky. One of the few names I recognize on this board. Glad to see you are still toughing it out.
I've been well, school has kept me busy. I hope to one day finally climb out of debt and graduate. How've you been?
A H.A.G. did a very nice rebuttal..
Nice critique!

This video is stupid... Going up to college undergrads and asking them for observational evidence of "change of kind" evolution in order to prove intelligent design doesn't prove anything...

I can't believe there is a military member in uniform right there in the middle of the protest!
Someone needs to read the UCMJ.

Where the hell have you been hiding?
Hey Spooky! I've pretty much sold my life to school this year, man.
So one of the places I've been hiding is over a microscope, looking at insect genitalia.

I just surprised that a product of the Ford Motor Company actually worked for a change.
They're proving to be a serious predator of the bicycle and deserve their place in this great American economy.

Good point, I've railed too much against bicyclists. However, just to drive my point home.
I can't even count the combo points that would be awarded for that one.
1 car > 10 bikes

They are going off the rails on a crazy bicycle (?) Gives new meaning to the term, "Locomotive Breath."
It should "train" them to respect the walkers at least.

Then he needed to be sprayed down with a fire hose. There'd be nothing left of him, just a greasy stain.
I like the way you think, Nagi.
I'm getting by, can't complain too much. Thanks for asking.
Those bike couriers and the wandering cyclists are a real pain.
-
Haha. That would work!

Others need a running clothesline.
I've been known to slap vehicles or eyeball the driver, I tend to get a might perturbed when people are so inconsiderate.
Expectoration, for lack of a better word, is good.
How are you this evening, Matt?
Hey IR5! Ya know, probably my biggest pet peeve is bicyclists. I can't tell you how many times I've been cutoff by some oblivious bicycler. The whole concept of a cross-walk seems to evade them. It's not a cross-"bike" nor do they have the right of way.
A clothesline would be very effective in these instances.
I am doing great this evening. How are you?
-
That sucks about your trucker encounter, Nagi. A couple months ago, a truck cut me off when I was walking in a crosswalk. I quickly roused up some mucus and spat it right onto the side of this D-bag's truck as he cut me off. He had no idea I even did it. It was the most triumphant moment.
Some people just need a little spit on them...

Did I miss Matt posting ?
Hey Nagi!

You did remember to turn on the vent hood, didn't you?
I vent all fumes through my lungs. Fumehoods are for women.
-
I don't even remember, I'm pretty sure that I took it, though. Maybe it was finger-painting.
I like the old, 'nitrate stuff and keep it cool or things are going to start jumpin'. If you had posted that you liked Biochem I was going to start an intervention.
I haven't taken biochem yet. I'm juggling between going to medical school or going to pharmacy school. Pretty tough decision, man. I keep going back and forth. But either way, I will have to take biochem. Fortunately, the guy that teaches it at my university looks like Doctor Emmett Brown from Back to the Future and he plays the guitar. So he can't be too bad...

Err, hydrazine I mean. Not ammonia.
-
Getting by, thanks for asking. Light chains, heavy chains, tire chains, Y quibble over details, it's all the same. Great to see you're hard at work, Kudos on the 4.0.
Orgo? I took a good long look at myself after I did Tollens' test.
Onion root growing is OK, but growing other plants is more enlightening.
I really like O-chem. It's probably my favorite subject so far. When did you take organic?
This is my last term of O-chem, and it's strictly laboratory-based. I was really looking forward to doing some badass reactions, like Wolff-Kishner type stuff. But... it's nothing that exciting. No anhydrous ammonia on my benchshelf. Haha. Most of the labs are boring. Like, for example, last week I isolated lactose from milk... This involved heating 10% vinegar and powdered milk. I couldn't get the smell of dead foot out of my nose all day.

Howdy Matt!
Allosteric, allopathic, allo, allo, it's all the same to me. How goes the studies and how are you? Tripping over those Lineweaver-Burk plots?
Yes, Latin is much overused in the sciences, especially biology... The studies are going good.Rocking the 4.0, but unfortunately waited too long and missed many scholarship deadlines--procrastination has always been my Achilles' heel.Been spending most of this term in the lab, doing biology and organic chemistry. The labs have been overwhelmingly exciting: topics including "watching onion roots grow" and the "isolating chlorophyll pigments from spinach." Haha, how you been?
-
Allopathic means other injury/damage, scary that all MDs are allopathic physicians.
Hey, IR5! I think that term is relative, and was coined just to distinguish the emerging evidence-based class of doctors--as "allo"--from the traditional doctors of the time.

Yeah, Andrew didn't luck out. But ever since last year, I have had trust issues with the NFL refs that's been hard to shake...
