Green card and extension have expired. Petition to remove conditions not resolved. Naturalization application pending. Am currently working but can I apply for additional work given my expired green card status?
Yes. You remain a LPR despite your lack of proof. Schedule an Infopass appointment with USCIS to get an ADIT stamp to prove your status to employers and for re-entry to the US. You continue to have authorization to work. Hope this helps.
