Did social securit release your social security number? My problem is my name and the social security office have no idea how to change it in their system. They said USCIS needs to change it for them in the system.

Yes it was after the interview. When the consul told me that I was approved, I immediately told him about my error in my ds-260 however he said he can't answer it for me and told me to go to the next counter. I waited for another hour coz the line was long only to find out that everything was okay and that I didn't have to worry about it. They follow your name
on your passport, which makes sense.

What was the error? I was also in the same situation. I was not able to include my middle name. We called NVC. They said to have the embassy corrected it and they did.

Exactly. Make sure you are home all day to pick up. You can also call them to verify when it is expected to be delivered.

Just wondering how long will a supervisor review take?
We just called NVC to make a follow up (its been 6 weeks since our scan date) and they said they were about to approve our documents before christmas but they are currently changing to a new process (so it might take weeks again). I don't know how long we have to wait. Anyone got on the same experience?
