    Applying for a visitor visa and renewing your ESTA are two very different things. I'm not aware of any questions on the ESTA application that pertain to a pending visa, please let me know if I'm wrong.

    The forms for renewal are the same as the ones you used to apply originally, I-765 for employment authorization and I-131 for advance parole. Once USCIS receives the applications, her EAD will be automatically extended for 180 days: https://www.uscis.gov/eadautoextend

    Once the I-129F is approved and forwarded to the NVC, USCIS has no further part in the process. Not until you get married and file for Adjustment of Status anyway.

    There's a lot of contradictory information here. What visa did she last use to enter the US? And has she overstayed her current visa or not? Regardless, I don't see a way for her to get a green card unless you marry her. She'll have to return to Colombia, either now or at the end of her studies, depending on the conditions of her visa.

    It's your state of residence that matters, not the state where the marriage took place.     That won't be an issue, your intent was established at the border and you had no plan to stay and adjust status at that time.

    Yes, you can go ahead and file for adjustment of status if you want to. Presumably you're also aware that you won't be able to work or leave the US for several months?

    Always go by the official USCIS instructions, Phoenix is the correct address if you live in Colorado.

    "Hope for approval sometime soon" is not the same as "you will be approved soon". No one can tell you for sure when you will be approved, they're just saying not to pay too much attention to that generic USCIS message and to be patient.

    Well that would be a lot easier than going through with the visa interview, it only takes a few minutes to find out if you're approved. You didn't answer Boiler's question on what your other citizenship is though.
