  1. i didnt have no problems... i left germany on the 30th of april and im staying in the states until the 28th of july. they asked more questions than usual at the american airport and my luggage was double checked. but other than that there werent any problems....

    questions they asked me:

    are u a student?

how long u planning on staying?

    who u visiting?

who u gonna b staying with?

who is gonna pay for the expenses?

  2. I see that some of you got your NOA1 dates soon after mailing the application. Some cases it looks like as soon as 1 week or less.

Did you get your Receipt Number that fast? or is there a way to get that number before receiving it in the mail? Is there another way to check the status? and finally, how long did it take you to get the notice of receipt for Vermont?

i sent my I-129f on june 16th and got my noa1 on june 28th....-> 12 days

the receipt number is on ur NOA1

if u wanna check the status u have to wait until u get the NOA1 and then u can check up ur status on the USCIS homepage

  3. next NOA2.... not Sabrina&Joshua thats for sure...

i looked up the timelines... and i found it kinda weird sum ppl who got their noa1 in late may or beginning of june already got their noa2....

its unfair that some ppl have to wait 3,4,5 or even more months to get their noa2 and others get it after only 1 or 2 months.... just my opinion...

congratz on everybody who got their noa2....

  6. Linababe, Are you like the timeline police? On all of your posts you respond by adding "please don't forget to fill in your timeline because it is used to calculate the statistics on this forum".

I'm sorry, it's just that I'm kind of bored and I don't have anything else to say.

lol i dun think shes the timeline police... but VJ calculates the processing times by the timelines of the users... so if ppl dunfill out their timelines the processing times and the immigration timelines will b inncorrect....
