danke. ich hab in frankfurt angerufen und gefragt wie des is wenn ich zum medical komm aber keine KV Karte hab. die frau hat dann gemeint das sie keine KVKarte verlangen und das ich das medical sowieso bar bezahlen muss!!!

ja ich steh halt dann ohne versicherung da... pech fuer mich! wird schon nix passieren (hoffentlich). des letzte mal wo ich nen arzt gebraucht hab war a scho wieder 2 jahre her. klar kann immer ma was passieren, mann weiss ja nie....
aber ich hab im moment einfach net des geld 500 € & 123€ im monat zu zahlen...

Medical- versicherunskarte benötigt????
ohoh jetzt hab ich glaub ichn kleines problem.
und zwar sieht meine situation wie folgt aus: ich hab die letzten 1.5 jahre an der fachhochschule in schweinfurt studiert. im märz hab ich mein studium abgebrochen (hab gemerkt, das mir das was ich studiert hab (wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) einfach nicht so mein ding war). nach abruch des studiums ist dann mein BAFOEG, Kindergeld und meine Halbwaisenrente weggefallen. ich bin dann on pril bis july in die US um meinen verlobten zu besuchen. als ich am 28. july nach deutschland zurückkamm fand ich einen brief von meiner krankenkssse (schwenninger BKK) in meinen briefkasten.
FOLGENDES PROBLEM: da ja meine Halbwaisenrente weggefallen ist (von der halbwaisenrente ging automatisch im monat ungefähr 25 € an die krankenkassse) hatte ich seit pril keine krankenverischerung mehr. also rief ich dort n und frgte was ich tuen soll. zur antwort bekamm ich das ich, falls ich wieder eine krankenversicherung haben wollte, das ganze geld von april- july zurückzahlen muss = 123 € x4 = 498€ (habe aber in diesen zeitrum meine krankenverischerung gar nicht in anspruch genommen, da ich ja in den staten war.). jetzt wollen sie also 500€ und monatlich 123 € von mir.
deswegen meine frage ob ich beim medical eine versicherungskrte vorlegen muss, da ich ja im moment nicht versichert bin...

i just checked the immigration timeline: there's another approval from Vermont...-> 40 days from filling to NOA2

naw no touches after the 12th... and then today we got approved

Actually that is roughly the usual duration from a servise center to NVC, then about a month then onto the embassy for the country you are pettioning. However where the time starts escalating is at the embassies. In my case it may be 6 to 8 months from receipt at the embassy to P4.
I hate to be the bearer of reality but you must be ready for the long haul. My fiancee and I have been at this for 10 months, I know there are those out there who have longer times. So stay the course, the rewards are worth all the effort.

its only about 1-2 month for a interview date in germany... i can call myself lucky tht im from germany i guess. i know it takes much longer to get an interview in other countries

but he had good news... he received a notice from the USCIS saying that our case has been approved

i kinda feel bad that we got approved so fast and a lot of yall with NOA1 dates in march/april still waitin (im)patiently.

they stopped touching us july 12th.... and at 4.24 this nite my fiance called me and told me we checked the status on the USCIS homepage and we are approved!!!

my fiance and me are both 21. we didnt have no problems so far!
