This date is the only date that works as I have two international trips, one in November and one in December as well as school (final exams, etc.,) so I need to have my passport back for the dates I'm traveling overseas.
It's okay, he will just have to come and visit me!

In Canada, we are VWP (Visa Waiver Program) so we don't need a visa to enter the United States, we just select visitor on the sheet/screen in the customs hall. So I don't know if that would change anything.

My question has nothing to do with where I'm at in the Visa process as I am asking a question about the medical exam which I know will happen in the future. I also know when in the process this will happen.
Thanks for your input, but I think my questions were very direct and I didn't ask if they ask me if I was convicted. I asked if they ask if I have ever USED drugs in the past.
