  1. So what questions happen at the Bio appointment ?? I thought they only take pictures and fingerprints at this appointment ??

It is possible to get you bio appointment while you are having to submit RFE , however, after you get your Bio appointment they will stamp you letter and the next step will be to set up an interview appointment at a local CIS . At the interview I suppose it is possible the interviewer may want or ask for other evidence. So when you go to the interview have all possible RFE covered.
  2. Sent our paperwork 7/27 regular mail with a recieved confirmation got there 7/30

    Hi all,

Now that August is looming in....i've decided to start this thread up for us August filers. I know its still July, however it seems that the cutoff for the July filers thread was the 25th of July.

Time for us "August" filers to stick together. Lets track our progress and help each other out.

So Anyone that filed post 25th of July....please post here.

  3. As far as I know there isn't a problem unless your from one of those special countries.. .. I'm 50 now and Veronica is 31... We didn't have one problem with USCIS, US Consulate or anyone..

So I wouldn't get to concerned about this...just make sure you have plenty of evidence of meeting and follow the guides here..

So now that we have the NOA2 notice and then waiting for the rest. Interview, etc. I just want to know from anyone out here why age would make a difference to the embassy in Casa. Love knows no age and if two people are in love and it just so happens the woman is much older, so what? I am 55 and my fiance is 34. We are very much in love, he is so kind and caring and NO he is NOT using me to get to the USA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We know all we need to about each other, we have seen the questionaire they might use in order to know if he does know about me. SO what is the you know what problem??????????????????:angry::angry:

So why can't a person who has fallen in love with someone be such a big deal at Casa? I bet if the truth is known there are some people who work there who might have a SO younger than they are.

Any input on this? It is not wrong to be older than your man. I am young at heart, his family accepts it and so did

USCIS..................why would they approve it if age made a difference? I want to know as I am planning my wedding and hopefully it will be in the next couple of months.

  4. I only submitted tax returns and a letter of employment with the I-864 and that was more than enough.

OK Thanks everyone... I lost my hard-drive so it's hard to spend alot of time searching for info on the CO. computer.. I did download the guide and I read you need to have two Photos for the I-485 and two for the I-765 but nothing on the G-325A but since you needed two Photos for the G-325A filing with the I-129F , I wasn't totally sure for the I-485 filing..

  5. Veronica is out of Statics (expired Fiancee Visa but was marriage within the 90 days) on the I-485 and maybe the G325A they ask what is your current Visa Statics (sp?) do we put Out of Statics K-1 Holder Or just K-1 Holder ??

The I-485 asks for a certified copy of the Marriage Cert. Does this mean a notarized one or one you get from the State with their stamp like a a Divorce Degree you need for the I-129F ???

Thanks and sorry for being a pest but we are trying to get this filed before the rates go up..

  6. On the 325A What do you put in the section that reads "This form is submitted in connection with an application for" ??? since she is here and we are married now.. What do I check?

Also as the petitioner do I need to fill out the G-325A again as I did for the I-129F ?

In the Guide here it states for the I-693 section:

" 13. I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. (If you already have this from your overseas Visa Interview submit a copy that medical check form; No fee is required in this case. If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.) "

Where do I get a I-693A at ??? I didn't see it at USCIS form web site..
