  1. needed to share my experience since it might being some peace to a few people! After going to the interview and not getting an approval I was very anxious and had a really bad time finding guidance online.

i had to wait a whole year to get my interview date scheduled for my I 751 (assuming because of COVID)… finally on August 5th I had my interview and I was not approved. They said they needed to check some things.

Today… finally after 2 months I received a notification that my card was being produced! No RFEs or second interviews!

  5. Yes, I was able to track it through the pistal service. Just did not receive an NOA1 or the email/text. But they only received it on this past monday so I know i am being overly anxious

hehe you're not the only one, i know everything about being anxious!

noa 1 is the easy one its just so you know they received your case . noa 2 takes longer and thats when u know they approve your case. then NVC , ( paint in the ^%&^* ) took me around 2 months for noa2 even w a RFE and 25 days for the nvc case number.

  6. So do we have the book the medical through them then? I thought you got a list of approved places where you could have it done.. Sounds like a complete money racket.

check the embassy from your country , there you can find the info about the places available, usually they have 2 different ones, there you can also find what you have to bring w you to get the medical done. in my case i had to have the interview scheduled already, so i got medicals like 10 days before my interview since it can take a few days.

  7. Hi everyone,

My fiancé and I hired a lawyer. Documents took more than a month to be reviewed. They filed I-129F this August. Filed 8/15, notice of receipt 8/17. Law firm informed us 8/22. Hoping all for the best.

be careful with lawyers, the k1 process is very easy to do . you can follow guides here like i did and do your own paperwork. i've noticed its more slow when u hire a lawyer, i suppose because they have other customers. Goodluck

Hi everyone...Looks like they finishing up June filer..July is already about 20 percent...Hopes they start August this week or next week...I still waiting on my RFE :clock:

i got a RFE because they needed more info about where me and my fiancée met. it was a delay of 20 days or so.

make sure you send exactly what they ask . nothing more , nothing less. extra paperwork can delay the process or open extra questions for them.

    good luck

  8. the uscis app has the option to track cases and you can search lets say 500 others including yours and you can see when people start receiving approvals and stuff.. it helped me a bit :P also online create an account and put ur email and number so u receive notifications , my noa2 notification i got it around 11pm CT

check my timeline for estimated times , noa2 is the longes one . i started this process april and im already leaving to US on Saturday

    Good luck :)
