I am living with my uncle. He is joint sponsor in my case. We both share the same residence. So my question is does he have to fill out i864 or i864a?

If your uncle lives in the same household as you, physically then yes. Anyone who lives with you or share a relationship with you and has the same address then it is a contract between a household member and you hence the i864a. I have my parents and siblings live with me however I only used my brother as he is alone and his income alone is good to support me and my husband and himself. I provided our birth certificate and our driver license and a letter to state me and my brother's relationship, which will help.

I had to do a lot of research on this and a friend of mine confirmed it as she did the same thing with her relatives.

Here is my questions for you: how many people are you sponsoring and how many people are already under your household?

For your uncle: how many people he already supports?

This is how I did mine.

I did i864 for my husband. He is the immigrating person so I didn't count him twice in my i864 form. In the household question I had total of 3 people: me, my immigrating person (I didn't put 1 in the married section since I am already counting him) and my brother who is helping me.

In my brother household he counted 3 as well but his form was i864a since he is my brother and he lives in the same household.

You have to usee i864a for ur uncle and i864 for urself.

Are u sure he have to fill out i 864a bcoz i heard if petitioner brother sister or parents are joint sponsor then they have to fill out that form.

Yours is incorrect. You put 0 where it says are you married. That doesn't apply to you. Your spouse is already counted in #1.

So you sponsored someone else before?

Your Uncles household is him, his spouse, whoever else he claims in his taxes and your wife.

Yourself: 1

Currently married then 1 for spouse:1

Already sponsored someone who became LPR:1

So its gonna be 4 for me. Is that correct?

Now is still gonna be the same for my uncle too. 1 for him. 1 for spouse. 1 for beneficiary and1 for LPR.

I need help. When i filed I 130 i was living with my husband abroad. I stayed with him for 3 months and then i came to usa. Do i still have to prove about country of domicile. All my noa came to my US address.

He is self employed. So he just need last 3 years tax return transcripts?? I m confused about w2 and form 1040. What are these. I have no idea about any of this.

What documents are included in Aos packet and iv packet. If someone can help me with this
