Suggesting to put up with infidelity is beyond me. If OP had good intent when they got married and she can prove that, at least she can try to get the waiver. For some people going back home before being successful is humiliating. OP shouldn't be judged for her choice. Uphill battle or not, I wish OP good luck!
Honestly, it's none of your business whether she can forgive something like that. Infidelity is a normal deal breaker. Especially that early into the marriage.
Yesterday 7/31/16 case status updated online. Interview scheduled for September 6th (San Antonio). Same track it seems as Twist899. Might see each other there!
