No.  You cannot enter the US as a visitor with the intent to stay and adjust status.  Please start a discussion in a proper forum area to discuss this matter.

No, your I-485 receipt grants you authorized stay in the US until the I-485 is approved or denied.  You have no legal status until approval.

Advance Parole can be used for any travel.  It does not have to be an emergency.
