Hi all please below is my timeline

11/02/2016     l-360, l-485, l-765 received date

11/14/2016.  Receipt date

11/28/2016.  First PF of 5 in total

12/14/2016.   Biometric done

01/25/2017. EAD approved

01/31/2017.  EAD card in mail box

11/24/2017. EAD renewal sent

01/08/2018. EAD approved

03/08/2018. l 360 approved no RF

03/15/2018. l 485 transferred to local office

08/16/2018. Received interview letter for 10/02/2018

10/02/2018. Interview lasted about five minutes.

10/03/2018. Received notification that card is ordered

10/05/2018. Received notification that card is mailed to me.

So now I am waiting for my 10yrs green card through VAWA.

If you are waiting just wait in faith. 

A friend of mine filled VAWA on 11/2/2016. No RFE. She received 4 prima facies. She received her I360 (VAWA) approval in the mail yesterday 3/15/2018.

Her online status still show fees were waived.

Thanks, Sandra. She wants to send only the I-360. Please what other form does she need to file.

A lady friend is putting her documents to together for VAWA and wanted to know if it is advisable to send photocopies of all her documents including her psychological evaluation form to USCIS.

@Caliliving, I think u are wrong on who can file vawa.

What green card do you have 2years or 10. You will need a lot of documents to prove a true marriage between you and the petitioner. Secondly you have to prove there is a step child relationship between your US Citizen wife and your daughter. My kids came through the same process and the US embassy first returned the case back to USCIS for revocation but case was reaffirmed and the visa was issued the at the second interview. It took us 2years.

I am USC and I am married an African who came here for visit. She came here in 2010 with her formal husband for vacation and she ended up divorcing him because he cheated on her a week when they came to America. She divorced him in 2010.

In 2012 she had a child with a guy who was not serious in life so she ended that relationship.

Secondly she started a new relationship with a guy who promised her heaven and earth but as soon as he got to know about her immigration status he started abusing her. In the process of ending the relationship was when I met her at Walmart. So we became friends. In a month or two we fell in love.

Now my problem is she got pregnant at the early stage of our relationship. She told looking at the time she met me and the she got pregnant the child is not mine but I love her so much that I did not stop loving her till she gave birth and now we are married.

I wants to file for AOS for her next month and want to know if it will be a problem.
