Hello, i came here with a k-1 visa last year. Got my employment authorization back in February of this year but still waiting for the green card. Recently i got an offer for work that i would like to accept. The thing is the employer asked me to bring back the I-9 form with me also. What box should I check here ? ( pic attached).

The service center in Seattle is a 20 minute uber ride. The service center near me in IL is a 1 hour 20 min drive so it's actually better to have my biometrics done in Seattle.

Same boat here. Got EAD in February and no news about the GC since January ( when they received the RFE response). It may be a good sign or not lol

They received my RFE response on january and still nothing just my ead so...

Yes, that's correct. As long your GC is still in pending you can still apply for advance parole

We got an email this morning

 

Our case has been updated to Testing and Interview. 

Our NOA1 date is December 12th 2016. We are kind of surprised. We didn't think we would get an interview that quick..we thought I would get my EAD first but I guess thats not the case this time?

They scheduled our interview on April 4th 2017.

I'm already getting nervous  But I think its because I have that fear of getting declined in the back of my mind. I'm just hoping everything goes well..anyways we got nothing to hide so we should actually be fine
