  1. I really don't think the USCIS has the time to research political affiliation, that's a bit far fetched. While you say "optimal case", I see "red flags" without all the details. You married an Immigrant in one country, who wants to immigrate again. When you did a cooy paste of the NOID, it told you what was needed. You never said how you met, never said the length of your visits, never said if you married on the first visit, you submitted the month after you married, there can't possibly be a lot of evidence of a married life when you were just married 30 days prior to submitting. Just calm down, and gather evidence from the beginning and clearly label it. Why would you need to even involve your employer, or need a month off to print documents and photos, label them, include the NOID as the coversheet and mail. You talking about taking a month off, involving your "people" higher than an immigration attorney, "making some wannabe pay". It seems as if you make rash decisions and in haste. Relax this is not a political setup, you just another case number at the USCIS like the other ton load of petitions. Just fix it to the best of your ability.
  2. Amending taxes, adding to utilities........that doesn't seem to be what they are looking for. Did you mention that you and her bought a home in Sweden ? I think they are asking how the relationship started, how you met, how long before you traveled and got married. I also think they may want to see flight itineraries, where you stayed there, etc..... Did you marry on the first visit ? She is from the Phillipines but she lives in Sweden, did ahe marry and move to Sweden ? They are asking for what seems to me like a timeline. Something like: 1. We met 6/2023 at location 2. We talked for 5/6 months via video/phone 3. I traveled to Sweden and I visited for 2 weeks 1/2024. 4. We became engaged 1/2024. 5. I travelled back in 6/2024 and I stayed for 3 weeks and we were married on 6/25/2024. 6. I returned to the US and began the paperwork. 7. I returned to viait my wife 1/2025. Then show evidence of the same. Date all photos, include names wherever possible. Show how the marriage continues with call logs/messages/mail, etc..... They know things are limited due to her bot having a SSn number, but there is a reason they believe you are attempting to circumvent Immigration rules and law. You get just one opportunity to do that with a NOID, in addition, if you can’t get pass USCIS, she will xertainly fail at the interview.
  3. Does the USCIS recognize "virtual marriage". You still have to follow up in person. Im concerned either way the too old to travel, but the meet 6 months begore he filed, was he not too old to travel then ? There hasn't been a response to the age difference but if it's the Phillipines it's not unusual for an older US Citizen white male to go there and fall in love with a poor girl 30-40 years his junior. So the Embassy there has seen it over and over again, it wouldn't make a difference there. If he was denied by USCIS, it's a "him" issue. Maybe he feels he is too old because traveling there took a little out of him. He may have health issues and doing it again may not be feasible, I would guess he is in his 60s, possibly nearing 70.
  4. The atty gets paid with an approval or denial. If it’s denied, he gets paid more. Best of Luck to you !!
