I really don't think the USCIS has the time to research political affiliation, that's a bit far fetched. While you say "optimal case", I see "red flags" without all the details. You married an Immigrant in one country, who wants to immigrate again. When you did a cooy paste of the NOID, it told you what was needed. You never said how you met, never said the length of your visits, never said if you married on the first visit, you submitted the month after you married, there can't possibly be a lot of evidence of a married life when you were just married 30 days prior to submitting.

Just calm down, and gather evidence from the beginning and clearly label it. Why would you need to even involve your employer, or need a month off to print documents and photos, label them, include the NOID as the coversheet and mail. You talking about taking a month off, involving your "people" higher than an immigration attorney, "making some wannabe pay". It seems as if you make rash decisions and in haste. Relax this is not a political setup, you just another case number at the USCIS like the other ton load of petitions. Just fix it to the best of your ability.
