we have the same interview date... was wondering if you had to obtain police record from Pakistan. my Fiance went to college there and dont know if he has to get it or not... the website said that Pakistan police record is not accurate.

just submitted our DS form but for somereason it wont let me pay or schadule the interview. do we have to wait for 24hrs or somethin before it let us pay/pick a date for the interview? it kept saying that my file is not ready..

Just called NVC and got my case number.. file should be recived by embassy in 2 days according to the nice lady i spoke with

Hi everyone

my case was approved on June 23rd and i am waiting for my case number from NVC. wanted to know how long it takes for the interview to be schaduled after case is recived by the embassy for K1 (I-129K for fiance)

I read its recommended to do email inquiry and send it to NVC for status update. Anyone here have tried that? Did you guys get any reply from them. Though, will still be calling them around the end of the month since they said its 2-4weeks before we hear from them.

We are hoping to hear from them like first week of August at least. Can't wait to close the distance with my fiance. Cheers to everyone! To those still waiting for their NOA2 hang in there and for those waiting for MCN from NVC hang tight we will make it through.

I did email them ang i got an email back from them in 48 hours. they asked to send them NOA2 only IF i was approved 6 weeks ago. my NOA2 date is 07/23 so i just need to wait, i guess.

Our NOA1 via SMS and email came 12 April 2016. How many VJ members with a K1 (on or before this date) are still waiting? Just curious.

They are still working on March. My package was received on March 30^th & NOA1 came April 5^th.

Me too (winter person)... but our dating anniversary is in August so it'd be sooooo sweet to get married on the anniversary of when we started dating! Keeping my fingers crossed, hehe!

Congrats!!! And same for us, too... October or November wedding is what we're thinking (hoping for)! I'd ideally love an August wedding, but I think Oc/Nov is more realistic for us, hehe.

I love fall and i want to have my wedding around that time (end of Sep-begining of Oct). August is too hot for me lol i am a winter person.

My NOA1 date is April 4th and according to my timeline I should get NOA2 around June 6. Was reading previous months pages & there are still few folks from March who didn’t get their approval yet.

My check was cashed this morning. I was nervous that it might get returned becyof missing info/signuture even tho i reviewed my application 20times ?..

Our package was delivered on March 30th so i think we belong here too. This fourm was very helpful and i am glad we came across it before sending our papers.
