Ive been waiting 86 days now for my EAD, and nothing yet

Does anyone know if having a travel document when your AOS is pending, and your initial visa into the US has expired, would pose any issues?

Hi guys, new user here. Im a Canadian filing AOS after marriage to US citizen.

Our timeline:

Case received Jan 7, 2016

Biometrics completed: Feb 1st, 2016

Case ready for interview - March 17, 2016 --> I was told this after calling USCIS, no updates were made online on my case to let me know about it

Currently - waiting for a letter and date for interview

EAD and AP pending - today is day 84 - still waiting for this.

I have a job lined up and the stress, frustration and lack of patience is really taking a toll!
Glad to see some of you have gotten interviews already.

I'm waiting from Houston, TX - hopefully to hear good news soon, keep me in your prayers.
