Anita what country are you from? Can you please create a timeline, it helps alot especially when others from your country are seeking information. Thanks luv!

I have a silly question to ask. Does it mean anything when your visa case is touched once or many times before the interview? Like if touching once means its bad or many times good or vice versa.

Hahaha sorry this made me laugh because I was stressing myself out about the same thing today...my case has been updated 3 times since it got to the embassy! I have no idea if that's a bad thing or a good thing but I figure they're just doing their job and preparing the files for the interview cause they do have to review the information to know what they're dealing with. Honey, whatever that reason may be it's completely out of our hands...there's absolutely nothing we can do but go to that interview and shine! No need to stress ourselves out and then look like some old ladies when our hubby's see us. I was actually reading my bible like I usually do every night and I came across a verse that said 'be still and know that I am god...' I honestly felt like that was a personal message for me to let me know that he's in control and to stop worrying. Now if only I can get this caffeine out of my system so I could sleep!

I'm getting a little nervous but my hubby will be here to go with me and I read that that helps a lot but then again ours isn't an open and shut case either...met online and he's older than I am. The main thing is we know our relationship is real...like really, who would ensure long distance for 5years if it weren't real?!???. Just be honest no matter how stupid or silly it may sound and be confident when answering questions. Remember you didn't come this far for nothing...god will see you through, he didn't bring you here to leave you. *hugs*

Just be sure you mention it at interview before the CO does. No one ca say will it hurt or not. It should be okay.

I have 3 errors on my DS-260. The CO thanked my husband for bringing it up without her asking.

Remember they already know you applied for a Visa before its up to you to correct that fact so it doesn't look like you were trying to lie or hide the fact.

If anyone has ever gone through this situation please let me know how you dealt with it...I was going through my DS260 and I noticed my agent made an error Back in 2012 I had applied for a visitor's visa but I was denied however it seems as though my agent didn't get that info from his secretary and so he didn't indicate that on the form. Is that going to hurt our case badly?

Had my medical done today. Appointment was for 7:30am but when I got there there were already a bunch of people, xray and blood test first and then 3 vaccines along with a physical check up last. Was finished at 11am. Have to go pick up results on Wednesday now and interview in two week

Everything seems good but you should also include proof of any visits made to each other if you had any.

I got caught in a little drizzle yesterday and woke up with the sniffles and I'm sneezing this morning. I have my medical scheduled for Monday, if my symptoms don't go away by then will it affect my medical?

Hey everyone...I see an option to email my ds260 confirmation page to myself. My husband's email address is the default address that comes up and it gives me an option to type in another one...can I actually email it to myself though? I know it's probably a dumb question but I want to be certain before I go do anything and mess everything up...

Hubby's ticket is booked to come for the interview in 3 weeks and my medical is going to be done on Monday...surprisingly I'm very calm. Just hoping these ticket prices drop by the time I'm ready to book...it's ridiculous how expensive a one way ticket is right now!

Please house, I saw a post that talks about registering interview online. I haven't come across such and my interview is very close. Please could someone please tell me how to prepare for the interview. Interview is 3 days away by God's grace

I'm at the Guyanese consulate so your embassy may have a different policy. My letter gave me a link to go to to read up on my interview preparation at my consulate and when I did that the instruction to register my interview was at the top in red. If your interview preparation info doesn't say to do that then it doesn't apply to you. Different embassies different policies Good luck with your interview!

I was reading up on my interview preparation on the link the NVC sent on the p4 letter and it says I have to go online and register the interview, I tried doing it but I didn't have the ds260 number because my agent did all the paperwork for us. Does anyone know how long before the interview I have to register?

click the email the chat go to your email and open with notebook and print. I sure wouldn't go crazy for interview kind of ate to have that for interview. Bring updated pics any trips during the process that is the #1 evidence.

I tried doing that but nothing happens but when I tried doing it with another contacts chats it worked, I guess it only works for for short chats. I'll just use what I have and like you said the pics from all of the trips, drivers permits he had with my address, western union receipts both ways and I have him as my beneficiary on my insurance policy.

My husband and I have iPhones so we communicate through iMessage and FaceTime! What should I do about my chat logs and calls :/ ?!

I have a Samsung and hubby has an iphone and we use BBM voice calls and messages along wwih skype. I started doing screen shots and emailing them to myself then printing them but it's a lot!? Hopefully someone in the forum knows an easier way to do it.

Ok so I handed in my resignation today...well my 30 days notice. I know it says not to quit your job before you get the visa but it had to be done in order for me to be able to go back with hubby after the interview, besides I'm confident we'll be ok...the only red flag we have is our significant age difference but I ain't the first person to ever marry someone older than me and I won't be the last! Phase 1 complete (resignation)

Btw guys , in the interview email it says I need to bring visa application part 1 and part 2 to the interview.. What are they? I'm confused
