Hello all, 

I received a 48 months extension letter from USCIS, and was expired last May 18,2023 again!!! Do I need to call them to request a new extension letter? or do I have wait for them to send me a new letter of extension. its been 4 years now and my status still in fingerprints.  Please advise. Thank you

I came here 2016 as a K1/K2- after 2 years we applied I-751 and until now im stuck with the interview schedule and immigration just sent me the 48months extension , same member. I-751 took forever 

Good morning,  I have a question and I hope someone can help me. I and my husband been married for almost 7 years now,  we filed I-751 3 years ago and until now im still in the interview schedule and I just got the 48 months extension letter from the immigration.  I and my husband is not in good terms anymore, so we decided to get a divorce, but he kept telling me that he will call the immigration and his lawyer to pull out and cancel my I-751 application and my kids applications. Is that possible? He kept saying to send me back to my country where I belong. But I've been working since I arrived here in the US and paying a tax . Is that possible to cancel our I-751 ? Is there any way to re apply again a visa. For me and for my kids?

What will happen if your 18months extension will be expired soon? Mine will be expired Nob.24 and still nothing updates from USCIS, been calling hundred times and still nothing. I just got promoted to my job, and the company keep asking about my green card status😟😟😟 are they going to send me another extension before my 18 months extension expired?

@Meno how did you contacted the immigration? Did you talked to them? Been calling them a hundred times but I can't talk to the real agent, always machine. Thank you

This is very frustrating 😟 my 18 months extension will be expired in 2 weeks and my case still nothing updates.  Trying hundred times calling uscis but still can't talk to the real human agent. Don't know what to do!

Anyone from case WAC? Filed 3-2020 and transferred to another office December 2020. Until now nothing heard from them. My extension letter will expire on October. Anyone !?

Got noticed September 27,2020 that they will reused my Biometrics but since then no updates  at all.. its been 2 months now. Thank you

Oh yes! Received physical letter (mail) yesterday 9.21.20  and when I checked  my status online, there's no updates at all.. but received NOA letter yesterday 😉

Updates.. received NOA (Notice of Action) 9-21-2020 that  they will reuse my fingerprints for biometrics.

Update: 

Feb. 28,2020 sent Form I-751

March 3,2020  USCIS received my package.

March 9,2020  Cashed check

March 9,2020  Received mail for WAC###

Hello! Im here to file I-751 . I'm K1 and K2 for my 2 children. Do I need to  make 3 bank check for the payment of I-751 or just make 1 check for all  together with the biometrics fee? Thank you

True! depends on the states. I live in Las Vegas Nevada, I applied DL when I got my NOA2. DMV only asked my NOA2, SSN and Passport.  5 months driving with license.
