Totally bizarre and sad. My mom said we went to the same church as this woman's family when I was a kid. Our parents knew each other. She was the older sister in the family. I agree somewhat with your statement; economic, social and market driven change is inevitable in a dynamic and shifting free market system.

EAD is VERY important. Nowadays, with people stuck on the FBI namechecks, they can at least start earning money to support their spouses. It makes the green card wait a bit easier to handle. At this point, I'm not even thinking about my interview yet. I'm more worried about getting my EAD renewed so I can keep working when my current one expires on Feb 15th. It is like an insurance against unpredictable situations with USCIS.

Yeah, that Marcel guy can be quite a brat but he has maintained his focus throughout the show as the others fell by the wayside. He's taken a lot of risks with his dishes also. I actually won a bet with my wife last time in favor of Marcel. Still going with Ilan though. Should be good tonight!
