My i-751 status updated just fine on the old site (new card produced, case approved, card was mailed, card was picked up by USPS, card was delivered), but it never did on the new site (the myaccount one). I received my greencard a month ago and the new site still shows "we received your case, you don't have to do anything for now" blah blah. It's funny how they can't seem to sync them.
Great news
Which old site you're referring to? Is it the same as "check your status" on main page of USCIS.gov?

For people who is in " ready to be scheduled for an interview" state whose 18 month extension is expiring within 3 months? Has anyone called USCIS or received any feedback?

Not that I remember clearly. Why? Have you seen anything like that?
I rad it in some thread. Don't remember. Just wanted to see if anyone here experienced anything like this.

Anyone here seen or heard status changing from "Ready to be scheduled for interview" to "Case was Approved" or something else without an actual interview?

Anyone here whose MSC case status is stuck with "Ready to be scheduled for an interview"? Has anyone seen this status changed with something else without scheduling an interview?

My status changed to “Card is being produced”. I filed my application on Dec 11th 2018
Congrats! Were you scheduled for an interview? Or had such case status?

Has anyone seen people getting approved without an interview on CR-1 who submitted their application after Dec. 10th? Even though their status displayed "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

Hey,
has your file status changed or interview scheduled? My status is stuck on ready to schedule for interview since April 2019 and Chicago is my local office.
thanks
Nope. Haven't changed.

I am starting to see some patterns of petitions filled after Dec. 10th, for those of you who came to the US via CR1 immigrant visa and had their interview in their home country, the case goes directly to MSC center and eventually status gets updated for scheduling an interview without any RFE. Basically, CR1 applicants are looking get interviewed by default per this new pattern I am seeing. Please share if you don't fall into CR1 category and your case was assigned at MSC center directly.

We got the same notification today. My local office is also Chicago.
Additionally, I check the USCIS case tracker app and most cases around our case number also have the same status.
Could the status update be an error?
Hopefully it's an error. There was no RFE or anything. It went straight to interview. Let's what happens next.

That's great! What is your local office? Do they have a long or short wait?
Chicago. Haven't checked the wait.

Our status changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"
"we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxx"
did anyone else's status changed as well?

Yes I know it's Missouri Service center. However, I haven't seen i-751 petition sent to MSC. So just wanted to confirm if someone else got this.

Hi,
My package was delivered 12/17 and I received a text message on 12/21 mentioning the case was received. It provided a receipt number that starts with "MSC". Did anyone received a receipt number that starts with MSC?

Hi,
My wife's CR-1 immigrant visa is approved and she has six months to enter the US.
The question I have is can she visit another country before she immigrates to the US?
Does her visa approval require her to only travel to the US first?
-
The case was completed by NVC in about a month after I sent the package.

Hi Everyone,
I am a US Citizen who is petitioning for my wife for an immigrant visa. Currently, the case at NVC is completed and an interview is schedule at Mumbai Consulate.
I have a question regarding Financial document to take along at the Interview. I had submitted the affidavit of support (I-864EZ) at NVC along with latest (2015) IRS Tax transcript and pay stubs for employment verification. The interview letter had mentioned the NVC will forward these documents to the consulate.
Does she need to take any other financial documents?
Here is the checklist for interview. Please suggest anything that is missed.
1) Passport ( New and old)
2) Photograph ( 2 )
3) DS-260 confirmation page
4) Medical Report
5) PCC
6) Birth Certificate
7) Marriage Certificate
8 ) Proof of relationship ( Photos, telephone records)
9 ) Evidence of Financial Support ??
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Hi All,
Currently, I am in a process of submitting the AOS form I-864EZ for my spouse. The form asks for Sponsor's name which I'll be writing as it appears in my US Passport. However, the question is that the financial evidence I'll be sending uses a slightly different first name than how it appears in passport.
Example:
In Passport: abcdkumar
In evidence ( IRS transcript/Pay slip) : abcd
Note: the "kumar" is not used in the evidence.
The approved I-130 and G325A forms used the Passport name.
I just want to know if there are any other in similar situation and if they had any issues.
Thanks

Hey y'all,
We submitted online (9/26) on a 3 year rule. Case completion shows July 2021. We have pending I-751.
