    The I-765 is the application for your EAD (work permit), and yes, all three forms can be sent together. And it's the I-485, I-765, and I-131 you want to send, NOT the I-130.

    I think, but am not sure, that you can apply for your SSN as long as your I-94 is still valid. My husband applied for his first thing upon arrival in the U.S.

    The guide says something about I-864....there are two on USCIS...I-864 and I-864EZ

    Funny "EZ" is longer.....which do i use

    Where/When do I get I-94?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the confusion.

    We will have a civil marriage here and have a wedding party there.

    Before i apply for travel documents..I need to receive a notice that my AOS has been received....correct? How long does that take?

    Once I get that I can file for Travel Documents....correct? How long des that take?

    Any way to speed this up? I read something about emergancy situations?? Is a wedding party ...emergency?? :-)

    We want to file our AOS and then file travel documents, so we can get married in Greece. We were planning for Christmas time...is that not realistic? I looked at the processing times and it looks like Travel Documents are taking 4 months now....could tha be due to delays caysed by IMBRA?

    Hi,

    This is my 1st post in this forum...I have graduated from the K-1 forum!!! I'm so happy to make this far!!!

    My fiance will be getting her interview soon, so we wanted to start planning for the next step.

    Please correct me if I am wrong....

    She comes here once the Greece embassy grants her the okay..

    we get married.... :-)

    we filed I-485

    Do we need to fill anything else? Is the I-485 all we need? What papers are needed for it?

    Do we send it to VSC (like our K-1)?

    This is fine. The VSC official comes by and picks up these letters in the post office location that is in Willston, VT. All the letters usually come there and get picked up by someone name "G. Merrihew" in most cases. So your letter is fine, track it and see who and when picked it up. They should post that they have received in a few days.

    Hi,

    Just shipped my IMBRA RFE w/ DHL and checked the DHL tracking number. I wrote the VCS address as it was listed on the bottom of the RFE....but on the DHL website, it tells me its getting shipped to Willston, VT.

    I did a search on Yahoo and found out that......Willston zip is 05495 and St. Albans is 05478, 05481. Yet on the RFE it says 05479.

    Any1 else run into this? Should I call DHL and correct it?

    Hi,

    I'm away on vacation for the summer and have left some1 behind to recieve my IMBRA RFE and send it to me. I've told them to look for the same return-address as the one from my NOA1. Can some one please confirm, the return address for IMBRA for VSC....

    I'm hoping it will be here today, its been a week since the RFE email.

    Hi, I’ve been touched four times (6/24, 6/29, 6/30, and 7/3) from the date of my NAO1. Is there anyway I might receive my NOA2 without getting an IMBRA RFE. I’ve noticed most ppl with similar dates as me have already received it.

    I’m leaving tomorrow to spend the summer w/ the love of my life. Anything I can do to find out what these touches are?
