Ehy...it takes some time. My NOA1 for the I130 (which I think is the one u r talking about) took 16 days to arrive. Before it got there we called them and they told us it could take up to a month. It depends how busy is the Service center. Now they r pretty busy I guess. If u go to the section "forms" of the web site uscis.gov they say that they have been having delays on the Notice of Actions because of the large amount of documents they have been receiving. So dont u owrry yet! lolGood Luck on your journey
