Morning guys,
So I was here yesterday crying about not having heard from USCIS, well my prayers were answered and at 00:38, 00:42 and 1:26 this morning I received all 3 texts and email notification that my case was accepted and routed to NBC. yay..... Now hope the biometric letter won't take that long.
Yay! I understand the worry. I too was freaking out waiting for my texts & emails! Glad they came-happy waiting!

Getting really nervous. Package delivered on March 28 to Chicago lockbox....and as of today still nothing. No checks cashed (stalking our account online) and no texts or emails. This is SOOO stressful. I just hope the package isn't on its way back to us.

BUMP: Ok, I got the information wrong, The B2 VISA is not expired (good until 2020) but the I-94 has expired. Do we need to submit the I-131 with the AOS packet just in case (no plans to leave) Heem needs to return to Jamaica during application processing. Don't want to "abandon the application" but also don't want to submit an unnecessary document. Any help would be appreciated.

Send it, you never know, see my thread "AP a warning". Its one bit of paper, 2 photos and costs nothing, why wouldn't you do it??
That's exactly what I said, Heem didnt agree. Thanks for breaking the tie!

I have read every available resource regarding the topic and am still a little confused. I entered on a B2 and did not have a full medical exam. However, I do have my Jamiacan immunization records and have recieved a full medical workup (bloodwork, no immunizations) since being in the US. According the UCSIS site, I can wait to submit the I693, "To ensure the results of the medical examination are still valid at the time USCIS adjudicates the associated benefit application, applicants should schedule the medical examination as close as possible to the time they file for adjustment of status, respond to a Request for Evidence, or attend an interview (if applicable)."
However, the I-485 instructions state to "include the I-693 unless you are a refugee", which I am not.
We want to submit by the end of the week but if we have to wait on a civil surgeon appointment and a completed form I-693 that will push our self-imposed deadline. WHAT DO I DO???

My passport does not expire until 2024, but I am entered on a B2 visa that just expired last month. I recently got married and we are about to submit our AOS concurrent filing packet within the next couple of days. However, we are wondering if I need to submit the I-131 with the packet just in case (no plans to leave) I need to return to Jamaica during application processing. I don't want to "abandon my application" but also don't want to submit an unnecessary document. Please help!!

Trying to submit this week.....
