    My brother fiancee's judge statement stated that she married but was not legally married, no marriage certificate nor license. Also, judge issued another certificate that her marital status is Single. On I-129F question #34 page 6, asked, "Has your beneficiary ever been previously married?" Since she had a wedding ceremony and afterward they never went to the judge to get marriage license or marriage certificate. How should this be answered? Thank you!

    Hi, hope someone can give suggestion: my brother is planning to sponsor his Cambodian fiancée to USA. He’s a US citizens. His fiancée has a 5yrs old daughter with her ex-bf whom she has full custody. If he sponsor his fiancée and passed the interview, will her daughter come along too? Or he needs to file something else? Thank you.
