My case was received Nov. 15 and I didn't receive NOA1, 2days ago (Dec. 27) I called USCIS and I was told that the NOA1 was actually never sent to me, she said "I see that for you it says it was sent, but in our system it says it was never sent" and she told me she will put in a request for the notice to be sent to me and I should get it in 15-30days. She also said to call back after 30days if I won't get it.
I just called after 45 days of not getting my letter and they *finally* said they would re-send it (they kept saying even though they could see it was never sent that we needed to keep waiting). Hopefully it comes this time!

I just called USCIS. My packet was received 11/23 and they still have not entered my information in the computer to mail out my NOA1.

Below is the link to the e-request. I selected the option "Did not receive notice by mail".
And then in "Notice type" did you pick "other"?

I did an e-request on Dec 13th (my case was received on Nov 13th) for non-delivery of I-797. Still waiting on a response from USCIS. I didn't try calling them since I prefer to have something in writing rather than a conversation
I dont see the option for non-delivery of I-797. what options did you select?

Hi, I'm late to the party.
Sent out my husbands packet around 11/16. Haven't received an NOA yet but from checking online it was received on 11/23.

Many K-1 AOS applicants are approved without interview.
Yes, I understand that which is why I'd like to confirm.

If your online profile hasn't been updated since July, those who answer calls at USCIS will have no more information than what you see. You will need to request a higher ranked person to check current actual status.
It seems surprising that border control would have more information than USICIS.

So my husband (the applicant) left the US and when he re-entered the border guards told him his green card has been printed. Unsurprisingly our USCIS online status hasn't changed since July which would imply he got the green card without an interview. Not impossible, but I'd like to confirm. How can I call and ask?
If there's a field office nearby, pop in for InfoPass appointment. If you call, you will probably need to speak to a tier-2 officer which could take a long time.
Why would I need to speak with a tier-2 officer?

We didn’t apply for citizenship. The queue for that in our city is 18 months. So we’ll submit that once we get our grubby hands on that card 😂
So no transfer, just about 16.5 months waiting for Texas. (We submitted 11/23/18)
